Kingston Arbor Jamaican Restaurant never disappoints! The service is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and full of flavor. Man I’m so disappointed I went to place a lot back in the day 2008-2014ish was there best years today I went back and my rice gave Yesterdays rice and cabbage was trash and the coco bread was going bad I’m so blown the lady on the phone was nice but I rather have a rude person with bomb “FRESH” food
