I wish there were some friends his charges that he had came out to $400 and I'm pretty sure that those charges are fraudulent I recommend anybody that buys at this restaurant to check their card after the day after and the week after they go to the restaurant I do not give a good reading because I feel bad for my friend he is still struggling to stop the charges his bank said it will take two weeks

What a waste of money. I ordered a plate of Eru for $28, which is really expensive, and the food came with no meat or fish—just a piece of ponmo. This is pure greed, and whoever is managing this restaurant needs to be fired. People aren’t stupid; stop trying to exploit people . I would never recommend anyone to order from here. # worst Cameroonian restaurant in DMV
Really disappointed with the treatment you give to customers and the way the react towards monetary matters.

Went this past Friday for the first time, as a treat for my birthday with 2 of my friends. The music was good but the DJ wasn’t great at transitioning from song to song. We were told that if we weren’t buying bottle service m, which is $350 for a $40/50 bottle of retailed liquor, you couldn’t sit on the couches in the back of the wall. We moved to a table on the floor because, um no. We ordered food. The jollof was so spicy I couldn’t eat it, the fish was good, the suya was extremely over cooked by tasty, and the goat was fatty and tasted like nothing but tomato sauce. The service wasn’t that great, as the waitress wasn’t friendly at all. Will probably never return, even though I really wanted to like this place.

The egussi pudding was delicious as always. The goat pepper soup is delicious and the suya seasoning as well. The suya is just so tough that my husband and in-laws couldn’t bite through. They really wanted to enjoy it. Even as an African who has grown eating tough meat, I will say that it is too tough. Please make tender suya for clients who want it tender.

Renovated. Looks beautiful. Exceptional service. Good good and excess parking. They also got a live grill for freshly grilled suya, ribs and wings. Highly recommended

I like the unique taste of the Cameroonian cuisine
Buy Egussi Pudding at your own risk. 80% spoiled peanut and 20% egussi. Taste nothing like egussi pudding! Bring back the old cooks!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My order of Egusi and fufu was overly oily and seemed stale. This visit was quite unpleasant and I would not recommend this place.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I was ordering from them in bulk about once every week or two. But apparently they have new ownership/management who came in and literally doubled the price for everything. Every plate now costs $28, all of which used to be from 12 to 18 dollars..and the quantity remains the same. Hate dropping this restaurant, but this is a level of greed I can't support.
