they have a milk tea menu, and when I ordered off of the milk tea menu, they just suddenly forgot that the drinks on there are supposed to be made with milk and just refused add it… like literally ignored me when i politely called for them and then proceeded to stand there for 5 minutes while they pretended i wasnt there.

10/10 would not go again. Today July 16th visited this establishment and ordered a brown sugar milk tea. What I received was nothing more than milk, ice, and boba in a cup completely different from what any other boba shop typically serves. There was no tea, no brown sugar syrup, and the drink wasn’t even shaken. It was just poured together and handed over.
When I approached the young woman at the counter about it, she insisted that the drink was made correctly. First, she claimed it was made with milk, cocoa powder, and boba (which made no sense and clearly wasn’t true), and then changed her story mid-conversation to say it included tea. I watched the drink being made…. no tea, no cocoa powder, no syrup, just milk over boba and ice. It was disheartening to be lied to so directly just to save face.
A young man working there tried to help by adding more syrup, but the drink still tasted like straight milk with no depth or flavor. I ended up throwing it away on the spot.
To make things worse, I also ordered the rainbow soup dumplings. Within three minutes of eating them, I was physically sick throwing up. I don’t know what was in them, but something clearly wasn’t right.
Yes, the orders bothered me but the dishonesty took the icing on the cake. If something’s wrong, own it and offer a solution. Instead, they provided defensiveness and lies. I won’t be returning. I wish I had taken a pic to show the milk.

Put two Boba tea today, but the flavors are in the same. I asked for a total green tea and I received the taro obviously that’s not what I asked for number one and the number two is the face is different than the other order was the Oreo they didn’t have Oreos and it wasn’t that sweet as it used to beand just something missing and another thing very important is the cleaning of the space the doors are disgusting. The space is dirty loaded with so much going on simple side so if they organize, the place is supposed to be maybe is more appealing.

Prices are decent. 1st time I tried the Winter Melon Milk Green Tea. As a recommendation from someone working inside. It was yummy and good. I would definitely return to try others on the menu.

The man there making the tea was very rude and had a nasty attitude with customers. There was another cashier that wasn’t having a bad attitude but i suggest that guy with the drinks stay with the drinks and doesn’t handle customers because he clearly can’t handle how to be polite or have manners. I would not go back to this specific location the tea is pretty good but this location was not

I went hear yesterday and got a drink the lady already had a terrible attitude and I noticed when she was making drinks she doesn’t tie her hair or have a hair net what if her hair fell in the drink and when she finished making drinks she didn’t say it done she just sat there on her phone.HORRIBLE PLACE i would not recommend going here😤😡

The tkk chicken is no longer offered here and although it is still ongoing the menu, they don't sell my fav ginger milk anymore :( the ginger is the only item with a little spice on the entire menu, so not sure i have interest in anything else.

Food: Not what was ordered. No seal (spillage), wrong bobas (wrong flavor), and no milk (wrong flavor). Someone said it tasted like pot.
Atmosphere: Loud complaints exchanged as conversation between staff for the entire duration about throwing up, their boss suspecting thievery, and TikTok. Half a chess set on the table.
Great experience! Visited on Sept 28 and I love buying the mango slush, came out thick and sweet! Great service from patient employees, clean and tidy atmosphere, would definitely recommend and go again!

We went to the store with my husband. OMG they didn't even have bubbles, it's supposed to be a bubble shop right? The customer service was terrible, the cashier served us with a very arrogant attitude, it seemed like she was bothered by serving us. We finally ordered a grape yogurt, which was disgusting. The truth is that we had to throw it away. To make matters worse, when the drink was ready the cashier didn't even deign to tell us that it was ready. He had literally just finished making the drink, sat down, and we were going to be fortune tellers when it was ready. Terrible service and terrible drinks.

Went today and ordered an Oreo Wow. The drink was very tasty (love the brown sugar boba)! Cashier and drink maker were extremely nice and helpful! Establishment was clean and the music was great ??. Definitely will be coming back with my family and friends. Highly recommend!
