Wow, I’m not sure if the owner changed or it’s their staff that don’t care….my 3rd disappointing drink now I have to write a review.
I ordered on Uber Eats through my friends account and we both got oolong milk tea, our favorite. Well, this drink was nothing but ice, water and powder. I had 100% sugar and my friend had 30% sugar and literally it taste like nothing. When this location first opened up we would walk there at least once a week because it was good, but now I wouldn’t even leave my house to buy a drink from this place. We are disappointed and the staff isn’t even friendly (referring to prior visits). I would recommend going to another location. Hopefully they make changes and use the actual ingredients in the drink.
The downtown silver spring location is the best if you want good boba.

This location honestly is so terrible specifically the night crew. Whenever I place an order on UberEats, they always cancel even though closing time isn’t near. I also ordered a Smores Slush & received a plain chocolate shake (it has to have marshmallow & graham crackers btw) & not to mention I placed an order, 30 minutes later I get a call on which they told me they don’t have the drinks that I ordered. What were you guys doing within those 30 minutes? Overall bad service save your money this location DOES NOT deserve it!!!!!

This is the worst store I've been to buy drinks. They made my drink wrong. I told them that it wasn't the one I wanted. It was simple and without cream. They said they couldn't change it. So I paid again and they made it bad again. I paid twice for a drink that they couldn't make well and they didn't give me my money back or give me a solution. The worst experience. I don't recommend anyone to go to this store at this time, maybe at another time it's different. 😑😑😑

I found TWO ANTS in my drink. When I told the staff, they didn't seem too concerned about it and only issued me a refund for 1 of the 2 drinks I purchased. I doubt I'll be returning to this location. I feel sick to my stomach writing this. So disgusting.

they have a milk tea menu, and when I ordered off of the milk tea menu, they just suddenly forgot that the drinks on there are supposed to be made with milk and just refused add it… like literally ignored me when i politely called for them and then proceeded to stand there for 5 minutes while they pretended i wasnt there.
10/10 would not go again. Today July 16th visited this establishment and ordered a brown sugar milk tea. What I received was nothing more than milk, ice, and boba in a cup completely different from what any other boba shop typically serves. There was no tea, no brown sugar syrup, and the drink wasn’t even shaken. It was just poured together and handed over.
When I approached the young woman at the counter about it, she insisted that the drink was made correctly. First, she claimed it was made with milk, cocoa powder, and boba (which made no sense and clearly wasn’t true), and then changed her story mid-conversation to say it included tea. I watched the drink being made…. no tea, no cocoa powder, no syrup, just milk over boba and ice. It was disheartening to be lied to so directly just to save face.
A young man working there tried to help by adding more syrup, but the drink still tasted like straight milk with no depth or flavor. I ended up throwing it away on the spot.
To make things worse, I also ordered the rainbow soup dumplings. Within three minutes of eating them, I was physically sick throwing up. I don’t know what was in them, but something clearly wasn’t right.
Yes, the orders bothered me but the dishonesty took the icing on the cake. If something’s wrong, own it and offer a solution. Instead, they provided defensiveness and lies. I won’t be returning. I wish I had taken a pic to show the milk.

Put two Boba tea today, but the flavors are in the same. I asked for a total green tea and I received the taro obviously that’s not what I asked for number one and the number two is the face is different than the other order was the Oreo they didn’t have Oreos and it wasn’t that sweet as it used to beand just something missing and another thing very important is the cleaning of the space the doors are disgusting. The space is dirty loaded with so much going on simple side so if they organize, the place is supposed to be maybe is more appealing.

Prices are decent. 1st time I tried the Winter Melon Milk Green Tea. As a recommendation from someone working inside. It was yummy and good. I would definitely return to try others on the menu.

The man there making the tea was very rude and had a nasty attitude with customers. There was another cashier that wasn’t having a bad attitude but i suggest that guy with the drinks stay with the drinks and doesn’t handle customers because he clearly can’t handle how to be polite or have manners. I would not go back to this specific location the tea is pretty good but this location was not
