La Baguette Panadería in Langley Park

I ordered a mago cake with strawberry mousse and it was horrible. My guests said the breading tasted like cornbread instead of vanilla cake. The mango part had no mango flavor. It was just yellow mousse. The strawberry mousse no flavor. So yes, the cake sucked. It was not worth $100+.

Very bad, I ordered a cake with a photo and when they give it to you, there is no photo or fruit, so not a very bad experience.

Es una locura para mí cómo realmente nos van a vender este pastel con frutas caducadas. Los llamé al respecto si podíamos hacer algo con el pastel y la señora dijo "la próxima vez, bueno, solo ten cuidado" como si no hubiera reembolso, nada. Esto es una locura para mí, el servicio al cliente estaba bien y todo. La última vez que vengo aquí, seguro.

❌❌❌PLEASE DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS BAKERY La Baguette Bakery In Langley Park, Maryland 1501 University Blvd E, Hyattsville, MD 20783. Their Customer Service Is The Worst!!! They do not know how to communicate nor do they know about professionalism with clients. Yesterday I Bought A Cake From This Two Tier Bakery, The Cake Broke In Half Within Less Than Half An Hour Of Picking It Up, It Caused The Top Tier To Slide And Crush The Whole Cake And It Was Also Already Melting. I called immediately and spoke with the manager named LEONOR. Apparently this lady does not know how to resolve a situation like this because she told me that she could not give me a refund or that she was not authorized to do so. They take advantage of people because the money will not be returned because they do not know how to make or form a two-tier cake. 🤦‍♀️I will no longer buy from this bakery❌❌❌

The taste is good but unfortunately they are very, very irresponsible with their work. I was disappointed with the cake for my baby shower, they wrote down the delivery date wrong, they took it away because they got out of the commitment and there was nothing to do with the cake I ordered. And they also looked very bad with my niece's 15th birthday cake.
You order the cakes in advance, with specific designs and you pay both hoping that they give you the order correctly and that at the last hour they come out saying that they don't have your order or they give you a bad design.

Terrible service, they are disgusting, unfriendly

Me and my wife are not from here, we live in Tennessee and my mom told me to go buy bread and I went with my wife but it was a very bad experience. The first girl who served us was somewhat rude and always believed that we asked her what kind of bread. She answered something else or she wasn't going to continue ordering. I felt rushed and pressured but we paid for everything well. Then we went back with my wife for some corn atol because I know that here in Longly Park it is very good but the lady who was there was a lady Chelita who was talking about everything a little I don't know if she was a counselor or a lawyer but well it's not my concern but I told her If she could sell me 4 atol of corn and she didn't answer me, I told her again. She looked at me as if annoyed because she was talking to someone more than anything to do with the work at the bakery and she ignored me again so we left with my wife. And we no longer buy the atoles or order the birthday cake for my daughter. I think the cashiers should be more courteous because that way they lose customers.

I order a cake. The person to take my Order what's so rude She take my order, but they make a cake so simple. A specific said it was for my 14-year-old daughter and the ? that I get. It was so simple This is my first time that I order And the last one? Applause, and what looks like the frosty was not fresh.
It looks like they decorate the cake yesterday of the day after. I am really disappointed.

Yesterday I went to this establishment to order a cake which three ladies served me, I say ladies since next to me they are the first lady, she did serve us very kindly but the others are very ridiculous, they seem to own the establishment, being a manager doesn't make you Owner has terrible attitudes and apart from that it seems that they are paying the price for one, they should change that stupid staff that they have. If I could give 0 stars I would gladly give it as incompetent.

I bought a thousand-leaf cake and it didn't have almost a thousand leaves, it was just a polecat and the manager was a very annoying and offensive person. First and last time I shop there.

I couldn't thank this place enough! I accidentally ordered my cakes for the wrong date and thankfully Ms.Mariana and the staff went above and beyond to make our baby shower cakes in time for the event! My mother and I have purchased many cakes from this establishment and will continue to do so :)
