The food was good, the room is separate from where you order and it took more than 20 minutes. My friend had to go there and ask them. We also ordered 1 or 2 pupusas that they didn't give us and we asked for the money back. The entrance to the place is a bit complicated. I think the problem is that with this division they forget about the people in the dining room.

Terrible, I bought scrambled pupusas, they gave me beans with cheese, but as if they were stone pupusas, reheated and toasted, and a chicken with slices, they put the chicken very toasted, it's not even fried, it's like the chicken they sell for soup, toasted, and the slices are made from Green bananas, when the chicken with slices has Green bananas, whoever makes their purchases at the supermarket. Or whoever orders their vegetables for the meal confounded the plantain with the Green banana. Be careful with that. If you don't know how to make chicken with slices, don't sell because you don't give the dishes as they are because I think they work and know that money costs and that when you pay for something it's because the customer wants it and you give what you want and that's not good because you sell once for the sake of selling, not because you have a fixed clientele.

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible hygiene in the place. I ordered a mixed hula hoop cake, the combination is super sweet because they put ketchup and coleslaw, the raw uncured jalapeño pepper, it doesn't come with avocado or beans, totally different from what the menu says. We ordered tacos, they served us without cilantro, we had to ask for it and they told us “if they didn't put them in it's because maybe there isn't any” if there isn't any, say so at the time you order, not when you have already paid and waited 20 minutes for the food . I do not recommend it nor will I come again.

I can't give it more stars because of the terrible service they have, from the moment you call on the phone to place an order there is no kindness at all 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 maybe someone arrives to pick up the order and they didn't even respond to the greeting I must mention that the rice dough pupusas are very very delicious but due to the poor customer service I don't feel like going back!!
