Cupcakes i got looked nothing like what I ordered. They also were probably mishandled because they arrived partially crushed.

Ordered the chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday , and they were GREAT !!!!

I spoke with the manager before placing my order to arrange a few customizations for my fiancee's birthday cake and the sanrio boo basket, and everything was AMAZING! Excellent flavor, excellent service, and excellent treats. Highly recommend!

The worst experience was to buy a cake that I paid 65 dollars and it fits in the palm of my hand. I asked for it half moist and they gave it to me, dissolving, they gave it to me by splashing water on the box. I don't recommend that place. They measured that it was for 8 or 12 people and only It was comfortable for four people and I had 8 guests and they had the courage to charge the extra amount they owed and the paint they put on it, how is it that it paints the fingers, that's how it looks in one's guts

This place need a good deep cleaning it has a meat smell. Lots of repeat of foods missing a lot of the basic ingredients for some Asian foods ( rice vinegar!! Flor de bakery was not one of the food I tried cause lots of people bypassing it and over hearing that it's goods are to dry and flavorless the bakery in location in the back of the store and have to pay separately from store

Today I was a victim of the biggest scam in this bakery, they charged me 109 dollars for a cake that literally fits in the palm of my hand. Don't make the mistake of paying the full amount in advance

They are very professional, they made my baby's cake exactly how my wife wanted it, nowhere else have they made us a cake like that, thank you

It used to be my favorite place to buy cakes because of their delicious flavor, it's a shame I was very disappointed, the cake was dry and had the color that sticks to your skin, and the attention of the person who served me was super bad, he didn't even answer the greeting. .

Every year we buy bagel here because it was the most delicious in the entire area. But this year, it was completely disappointing. A $55 rose does not have the type of bagel flavor, it looks like any other type of bread only with the decorations.
I don't think the price is fair for the quality or flavor they offered this year.
