Overall the place was not too bad just the service was ass. The main person taking the order never says thank you, always has a smug look and just hands the food like nothing. Definitely needs to be trained better as a worker, if you can’t improve their service, you might as well provide the job to someone who actually deserves it and wants to work. Food was average, wasn’t too bad wasn’t too good.

Too much waiting time: 1 hour for some corn tamales and 45 for a flour tortilla.

Terrible, I waited 30 minutes, the first time I went, I ordered a mixed steak for which they charged me 35 dollars and when they brought me the food it was cold, I do not recommend this place, it does not serve
Horrible experience with the workers, i accidentally dropped a drink and instead of the worker offering me something to clean it with, instead she yelled at me telling me to clean up when i had no items to do that. I had to go to another store to ask for something to clean it. Later on they started putting signs up saying not to sit at the tables if i’m not eating there. Then called security on me thinking they were gonna kick me out for ACCIDENTALLY spilling a drink. Horrible customer service i’ve never been treated like this even at the worst rated stores

Oops no, don't buy the chicken toast because they put the whole jar of Mayonnaise in it. And very expensive for food that doesn't work. Very salty!!! 0 Stars.

The service at this place is terrible. I have lived in this area for almost 20 years and have had workers with a good attitude and education. The staff that is receiving the orders and calling the orders in are rude.
This place doesn't work, first the food is super expensive and the quality is very bad, service is bad, I don't recommend it, better go to the other restaurant El Quetzal.
