Lyon Bakery takes health regulations on backflow preventers very seriously to ensure the safety of their water supply. It's reassuring to see their commitment to maintaining high standards.
The bakery is impeccably clean, which speaks volumes about their dedication to hygiene and quality.
Raul, the maintenance director, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His assistance made the process smooth and efficient.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Lyon Bakery and highly recommend them. Five stars!

I’ve worked with this bakery for 5 years in my various food businesses and consider them my secret weapon. Best bread I’ve ever had and my customers love it. Great people to deal with and a great product. Nothing comes close to competing in terms of quality or service in the DMV area and I’ve tried most of them.

Delivered flour to your old bakery. Bulk tanker truck. When I thought the D.C. Police showed up at the end of the block for my protection I gradually learned it was for a traffic stop to keep a gov't prossession moving !! Then you built a state of the art new facility a few miles outside of the historic and crazy zone. Not only were the delivery drivers and your staff not messing around with 80 feet of hose connections; you laid a new concrete pad to make bulk deliveries easier within a few months !! If that wasn't enough to hit the all time list of things that don'thappen in today's world of commerce; your family always sent a selection of your products home with the drivers to share with our terminal !! Everyone tried to be polite but, we were always jostling for our favorites !! Now, I reason for this message. I retired. I forgot to tell you in big, bold print;. THANK YOU !! T-?
