So I came here for my first time on brunch sunday. And the service, vibe and atmosphere was everything everyone talked about. We had Michelle as a host and everything else. She wore a lot of hats today! She was amazing! She made sure everything was to a T! And Justin was our server and he was great as well !!! BEST 2 !!!!! Will return

I went Marley’s 1st time Brunch this past Sunday. The food, drinks, customer service, and hospitality were amazing. My best friend and I had such a great time! The DJ was on point too. I live in southern Maryland, but Marley’s is worth the drive. I have found my new brunch/happy hour spot. Please check their new brunch out! You will be hooked!

Yeah... it's not worth it, especially when they're charging 30% tip for barely any service.

I rarely do reviews but have been wanting to start. I’ll be sure to leave positive ones (where relevant) as well.

I found this place while searching for bartending gigs (foreshadowing) a while back and added it to my list of after-work spots to try. Went on a Tuesday evening with my mom and we decided to sit at the bar.

We were seated around 6:45pm. They took a few minutes to take our order, which is completely normal and expected. There were 3 bartenders behind the bar. One was chatting nonstop with a friend about nails and dating. Even when she was working, she was slow.

The one who made our drinks took forever. I recently graduated from bartending school, where part of the final test is making 12 drinks in 7 minutes. It took her 10 minutes to make one.

Granted, there was a short disruption because of a wasp in the bar area, which also took too long to resolve. By that point there were 4 people behind the bar. Drinks were still delayed, a couple staff were chatting over a customer’s ready drink in the service area, and at least one person was on their phone.

By the time my mom got her drink, happy hour was over—and so was I. The restaurant wasn’t busy and they clearly weren’t understaffed. I wish I could’ve tried the food, but I didn’t want to spend any more money there and had completely lost my appetite by the end.

To top it off, there’s an automatic 20% gratuity and even a 3% credit card charge. Times are hard so do what you have to do. I saw this before going, and I do tip well—especially when service is good—but because of instances like this (any really), the choice should be always mine.

Positive: My mom said her Old Fashioned was good.

Ezy was our server and took good care of us (visited late March). Overall, it was a chill time. The sauce on the wings tasted like Carolina bbq and the lemon drop was cute. I like that they have a dj and other events going on throughout the week.

I really enjoyed lunch here. The frozen drink sangria swirl was a great balance of strong and tasty. Everything was on point, the service was stellar and Rasta Pasta was yummy! Music a ten as well. A hyattsville diamond! Black owned! My new spot!

Aite, so my first time coming here was on a date and the guy picked it out. We haven’t talked since, but I been back solo atleast 4 times. I never like to give a rating my first time I visit a place. I like to try it a few times to see what’s going on in the kitchen FORREAL! Lol But BABYYYYYYY! The food soooooo got damn good. I literally talk about it in my cousins group chat. I’m also 35 and I love how the atmosphere is not a lot of young people swag surfing over my good meal. Lol

Oh, and the music đŸ‘ŒđŸŸ 10 out of 10!

I would recommend my favorite meal, but everything I had so far is my favorite 😂😂😂

Steak and cheese egg rolls
Blackened salmon with lobster and shrimp broccoli and MASH POTATOES! The mash potatoes are CRAZY GOOD!
Salmon and grits
Strawberry biscuits.

I’m going to go back again and again to continue and try the entire menu. lol

The 4 stars is because the service was just a little slow for me. However, the young lady that assisted me was such a pleasure and she was oh so helpful. So helpful, she made me up charge and get an add on of the cheesecake.

I’ll be back lol soon
..

Thanks!
T
