This place needs to be shut down!! THERE was a roach in my drink and I got my refund the second time I went there were dead roaches in my bag.. Someone please call the health department and do not come here! The workers are rude and act like it’s not their job to help you.

I am extremely extremely extremely beyond disgusted and I feel sick . Prince Georges Mall Mcdonald’s I am trully upset . I mobile order food and a drink and I drank more than half of my tea lemonade mix and found a roach in while I was on a phone call. I am disgusted mad and nauseous. I told the manager and she offered me more food and I declined. Why would I want more drinks/food from a place that has bugs in their items I told her. I asked for the corporal’s number and I called the health department and filed a report. While during that in food court I told and showed individuals the roach in my drink to warned them. The manger got security and suggested that I put the bug in the drink myself because I had a hot container of Arizona up iced tea. Also I was informed that telling people and showing them the bug was causing a disturbance and that I could not do that . I asked for the Office of the mall management to prove that I never took the lid of my drink off I sat at the table next to ice ice baby directly in front of two cameras Never Never did I removed the lid. This made me real mad I drank a large drink more with a roach in it and then she accused me of planting it. I ask then Office of the mall management to look at the footage to proved that I never did such a thing and they took my info down and they told me they would get back to me to confirm it.

It’s crazy how this place never has ice cream but other McDonald’s do, there’s another McDonald’s near this place, I’d recommend going to that one instead if you want ice creams or milkshakes. Also the workers can be rude.

It’s insane that a billion dollar corporation does not have working air conditioning in their restaurant on a 90 degree day. Prices have risen drastically and quality has done down significantly so they obviously have the money to fix it. Close your lobby for business until the problem is fixed so people don’t have to eat uncomfortably.

Well it's in PG plaza, nothing special there but good hot burgers and fries and a good coke. Become a habit recently to grab a quick lunch there in Sundays before my shift.

The food was served hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, and my burger was prepared just as I ordered. The consistency in taste and quality is what I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s, and this visit did not disappoint.

The service was quick and efficient. Even though the restaurant was a bit busy, my order was ready in a reasonable time. The staff were friendly and made sure my order was accurate.

McDonald’s continues to deliver a reliable and satisfying fast-food experience. Whether dining in or using the drive-thru, the service and food quality remain consistent.

Got a specialty burger just because I’m allergic to ketchup & received only ketchup on my burger. I waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. After calling the office didn’t receive any conclusion only got we are sorry not even hey I’ll come back. At least we’ll give you a new meal something but nothing at all by far one of the worst service and food that I’ve received from McDonald’s.
