I love McDonald's but y'all need to get it together. Your ice cream machine is never working. My son loves y'all ice cream but every time we go which is almost everyday the ice cream machine is never working or they are telling people it's not working because they don't want to clean it at night

you get charged for the bag your food comes in ,you have to ask for a straw which turns out to be paper so stupid and they refuse to give refills on soda Last time I willpower spend my hard earned dollar at this place

The staff who are giving the orders gives bad service to customer.. I ordered a hot coffee and they gave me a cold coffee and the woman was very bad and was not giving the complete orders.. staff at 6pm 08/31 supervisors and mananger have to check the team

Juciest burger I've ever had at a McD's, and it took maybe three minutes tops from the time I hit the drive thru.
Update: I went back three years after posting this above, and again the double QP was juicy, the fries were fresh, and the crew was running welll. At 2:00 in the morning.
I truly loved this McDonald's. I took my daughter and her friends there before they went to Six Flags. I wish I had gotten the young man name before we left but he was so kind and honest with me on ordering for 6 people. He even saved me almost $9 on a $30 dollar meal just by downloading the app. He really took the time to help. I think I will drive back to the other side of Maryland just to get his name and write to the corporate office. He truly deserve to be recognized.
