The service is not good at here. No need to order ahead because they will not prepare it and have it ready. You will still need to get in line and wait at the counter to get them to make your order. The flatbread is limp and soggy. The salads are really the best at mezeh. This was my 3rd or 4th time at this location and it has been like this each time I order ahead.

I came in bc I have been to a couple other locations and after not finding what I originally traveled to get. First off, I went into the bathroom. No soap. How do you all wash your hands if at all? Second issue, no one is in there, why does it look like no one is keeping it clean? Third, you had no spinach and the arugula, well ALL of the remaining leafy greens were wilted. I’m starting to think this business has operational and management issues. Managers not present on each shift is a surefire sign that mismanagement abounds.
