Fried Chicken was on point!!

Ordered pork fried rice from lunch menu and got food poisoning today. I’ve been patronizing this establishment for over 20 years and never have I gotten sick but today mark the end of my patronage.

It’s so rare to have someone care about their customer’s allergy. A+ for their attention to the order and their wonderful food/service!

I called and asked for 3 chicken wings, a chicken fried rice, and a chicken egg roll. When I got home, I started on the egg roll and turns out there was a whole shrimp in there! I am extremely allergic to seafood. Luckily, I had my epiPen in reach. I called the store to let them know, and the girl said we don’t sell chicken egg roll. I explained that wasn’t communicated to me because I clearly asked for a chicken egg roll and the person who took my order never said anything about only serving shrimp egg roll. I get this is a an extremely business shop, and they want to serve as many people possible in a short time, but it wouldn’t hurt to actually listen to your customers, and repeat the order back to them so everyone is on the same page. This could have gone seriously wrong! Personally, I wouldn’t be back!
