Was there not long ago, just strange on the different sizes of steak were basically looking like the size or angle of a hot dog, the management seemed lost or unaware of what to say or do. The lobster we had also were smelling very bad and different sizes. I asked for their names no one replied and management didn’t really want to come to respond by the body language and me over hearing the server explain that no one want to deal with them.

I placed a pickup order, it was already ready, but they never came out to give it to me. I waited more than 20 minutes until I went down to ask, and it was ready and completely cold. I think they should be more attentive or indicate that pickup isn't available, or at least say that you have to go inside to pick it up at the counter so you don't have to wait so long.

i tried coming with my son and a date. The restaurant was just inappropriate, it felt like a club event, and my lobster was smelling awful. I felt like it was done on purpose, no way you cant smell that fishy smell..

I feel as though I've literally walked into a circus, I'm hearing complaints left and right. Customer look unsatisfied and when its time to get my drinks they are watery as if they were forgotten but I just got in the restaurant and its not busy. At first I thought it was me but I asked someone close who had the same server and now I know. Wish I had a picture to tell my story better.

So I came in to order a simple items the Caesar salad it came out like it has been sitting or just old. I had to get the host attention in order to get help. I go outside for a smoke I notice a few people who work at Outback outside chilling. At the time I went for a smoke to relax my nerves, I've made the decision of going to another restaurant in DC.

We ordered medium-well steaks because we wanted well-done and figured they would screw it up. Sure enough, out come two well-done steaks with a substantial char. Delicious, but very telling!

I think I like the New York Strip most, then sirloin or filet mignon. Porterhouse was cooked very unevenly on our second visit. The Delmonico was surprisingly fatty and unimpressive. Queensland pasta was okay, but not worth getting again.

Not very good/spicy chicken wings, okay potato soup, pretty good mac & cheese and mozzarella boomerangs, good loaded fries and broccoli, very good chili and bloomin' onion, and great mashed potatoes.

Desserts: the chocolate thunder from down under was okay, the choco tower for two was pretty good, and the salted caramel cookie skillet was awesome.

The girl seemed out of it like she just finished smoking weed.. There was no type of communication, she gave us food and forgot drinks.. heard another table complain she never checked on them but sat in this back table area with friends talking and giggling.. i asked for a manager and it took forever, I thought no manger was there as I looked around for help. When the manager finally came they look at me like I'm the problem, train your team better. So many times I asked others for help and then they asked who is my server to find her.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this Outback location, but the whole experience felt off from the moment I walked in. The look and design of the place are rundown and give off a chaotic, almost ghetto vibe—not at all what you expect when you’re trying to sit down for a decent family dinner. People were walking out left and right from their table, and not sure if result from outback staff or what?

The quality of the food didn’t make things any better. Everything tasted rushed and poorly prepared, like no one in the kitchen really cared. For the prices they charge, you’d expect something at least presentable, but it all felt low-quality and inconsistent.

And the bar? Completely out of pocket. Instead of a relaxed atmosphere, it was full of loud, drunk people, making the whole place feel more like a rowdy dive than a family-friendly restaurant. Definitely not somewhere I’d bring kids or anyone looking for a calm meal.

Overall, this location needs serious improvement—from the environment to the food to the behavior happening around the bar. Until then, I won’t be coming back.

employees, food and drinks were great. my waitress was kind and food and drinks came out quick. the restaurant has their own parking lot and I didn't have any issues with parking.
there was another customer who sat across the dining area from me and he wouldn't stop staring at me and started recording me. I told my waitress and she said that was her family member. After I told my waitress, that man stopped staring at me and left me alone. when family members of employees come to the restaurant they should also still have etiquette. so I felt the atmosphere here was terrible.

Got there, they sat us at our table.
Had us wait a Hour and a half, finally gave us our drinks. Then waited another 30min before we decided to leave. Horrible service.
I mean if you like rude service then help yourself and eat there.

Another store on the Exit List lol. Thank you for that

The General Manager at the Outback in PG Mall is amazing! He truly cares about his customers and makes sure everyone has a great experience. I had an issue during a previous visit, and he handled it with so much professionalism and kindness. You can tell he takes pride in running this location — it really shows in the atmosphere and service.
