I wanted to give a great big shout out to the staff Thomasina Epps, her customer service is polite and outstanding. The food was hot and delicious and she's very much a kind person. She works really hard and she often delivers to our agency or even when she's in the restaurant, she has the same great disposition. Keep up the great work!!!

So I ordered my food online and the website did some weird stuff an pretty much my order went through for them that it would be for tomorrow at 11:30 which yes I ordered close to closing time but the food was never made so I get there it’s 12:06 the place is closed employee named Mike that works there (which everytime I’m getting door from here when he is here the food is even 10000000 times better.) but there is nobody in this store only him he tells me the news an what had happened an it’s my fault ordering so late he proceeded to say he can put it together for me which again we could of just canceled the order he was there now after hours he should be home but with happiness an so much positivity said no I can make it all an have it for you. Which honestly I was not expecting to get any food I really in though maybe he was joking or he didn’t wanna do it which you know if someone makes food for you but there heart isn’t in it then the food will reflect that but omg like the craftsmanship of this man’s cooking is incredible my son (just turned 1) literally ate the whole huge slice an not just that the cheese bread the wings like it was not a smaller order for real this man needs some kind of recognition because it’s like everytime I’m here he is always the one making everyone feel good if there is an issue an with grace will step in an find solutions Mike again my family thanks you for everything you did an have done for me you never let me down an your a great hard worker that should have praise your truly the best

I just got two large pizzas at 754pm 9-24-25 I paid $40 no sauce on both of the pizza’s dry as hell. 1st time going there and my last time. Avoid this place the staff jokes around and not paying attention.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s a few times, and every time my food has been late and cold. They usually have only one driver trying to handle all the deliveries, so orders end up marked as “delivered” in the app long before they actually arrive. More than once, I’ve had to wait close to two hours and call the store just to see where my pizza was. Really disappointing experience for a place I actually enjoy.

I first ordered at the greenbelt location before 30+ minutes before the delivery time. They canceled my order. I was like wow that’s inconsiderate. I called to order at the east-west highway location they don’t close until 12am. It’s no more than 11:09-11:10pm I’m calling to place the order I didn’t get from the green belt location. I young lady answers the phone she says I can’t place the order. I’ve worked in fast food I know how it’s goes everyone is trying to get home that does not mean shut down a whole store 1 hour early then catch an attitude and hang up. I called back the phone picked back up then hung up again. I called back again this time a young man answered the phone. I asked for the name of the young lady he said there’s no girl working there. I will be requesting corporates number. That’s a complete shame. I spent literally over an hour trying to order some simple pizza.

Im not normally the one to leave reviews on things, this is my 1st time. Its been almost a hour till my pizza show up, this has happend multiple times. Im not going to lie, everytime I call this place it feels like everytime they just get aggressive. This is comign from someone who loves Pizza mind you, dont order pizza here i mean it

Called and spoke to “Rafael the manager” well attempted to speak to him. He doesn’t know a word of English besides the word ‘no’ it’s a shame that these places hire just anyone that can NOT speak English. This is just awful! At least have a part time associate that can answer the phone calls so that we can place an order. I can’t wait until Trump cleans this place up. This is just ridiculous!

I made an order, one of the 2 pizzas, 1 of the toppings were different than ordered. No big deal. They told me to call back when I wanted a new pizza. I spoke to them a couple weeks later, the manager took care of the issue, sent me a new one, handled everything over the phone, much appreciated

This used to be a good location, but the past year this location is beyond horrible! Several times I ordered pizza with extra cheese and instead of receiving extra cheese I got less cheese than a regular order. And the employees tried to gaslight me and tell me they put extra cheese on the pizza, when clearly you could see they didn't put extra cheese (maybe budget cost? In any case, don't order from here).
