This place is horrible. Placed an order online, the site said it was delivered but nothing showed up. Call the number, was told that the driver dropped it off to the wrong house. They said he was going back to get it and bring it here. I said NOPE, not taking a pizza that has already been dropped off to someone else! Told them I want a fresh pizza, this is your screw up not mine. PJ guy said "its the same thing sir". Are you kidding me!!!!! Canceled the order will never order PJ again.

Waited for an 1hr 30min for a pizza where the papa John’s is less then 5min away. The only reason I didn’t go get it my self is because I’m sick and don’t want to drive with the conditions I feel. Terrible service.

We're placed a pick up order but when we arrived, we were told the delivery driver took it. We waited for another pizza to be made. After another 10 minutes, we were given a pizza missing the pepperoni toppings. After the server have up attitude, we then had to wait for ANOTHER pizza that had pepperoni very sparsely, was burnt, and barely cut, making it hard to even pull apart the slices. Also one of the peppers inside looked like someone bit it???
It seems like this place messed up our food out of spite despite everything being their fault. They probably messed up our food on purpose.

I placed an order through the Papa John’s app at 5:25 PM, and it was delivered at 6:29 PM according to the tracking notification. However, when I checked my door at that time, there was no delivery. I tried to contact the store multiple times, but the automated menu was incredibly frustrating, and the call kept disconnecting whenever I tried to speak to a manager.
I then called customer service, and after being on hold, I was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours about a refund. The app was glitchy, the delivery was nonexistent, and the customer service was completely unhelpful.
This whole experience has been a complete nightmare. I will definitely not be ordering from Papa John’s again, and I strongly recommend others be cautious when using the app or relying on their customer service.

First time ever trying Papa Jon’s pizza I was really excited to try out the brand I’m originally from New York City pizza it’s our thing I even mentioned that is my first time experiencing the food, he said he was going to get the manager. The manager never came out. She told him to tell us carry out is closed only delivery. I could’ve paid the delivery fee, but they were very nonchalant for the customer (myself )being in store. I was very disappointed. That they could care less.

So I ordered online and had to call the store to use my card because I pressed the cash option. The guy who took my ordered helped me with no problem. When my food was being delivered by the light skin heavy set lady that’s in a van called and told me she doesn’t go to the doors I have to walk down go through a parking lot and get it. I told her that’s not how it supposed to go and she didn’t care. So when I got my food I opened it and my pizza was just like the pictures I’ve showed. That lady is very careless, lazy and she was on the phone. I even tipped her please stop tipping these drivers. For that. The store will be getting a bad review because of the deliver driver. I will never tip again

Refrain from dining at this establishment due to the poor customer service. I placed an online order for a pizza with extra sauce, only to find it excessively messy upon arrival. Upon contacting the manager, Daniel, he displayed a dismissive attitude and failed to address my concerns adequately. Despite my request for a refund, he initially declined until I escalated the matter in person with his supervisor. It is imperative that the staff receive proper training to avoid such incidents in the future. Improve your service standards.
