I ordered a pizza and it was made incorrectly then i called the next time and got another order for 50% off because the last pizza was wrong and they STILL got it wrong AGAIN , i called about it and it seem very nonchalant , will never ever order from here again worst place ever !

if i could give 0 starts i would, the staff was very rude and using foul language , kept saying she would kick out everyone if the door was open, as a customer who’s been going to this papa john’s for over 10years now i have taken into consideration that i will no longer be going here. the manger needs to hire respectful young adults or teach them the basics of manners and customer service

Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT order from here. Waiting time is insane, one box of pizza took 2 hours to come. The individuals who work here would not answer their phone. Incompetent drivers omg I can not. Save yourself the stress!!!!!

Ordered via appApp stated food was ready, I went in store not greeted and when I was finally acknowledged I was told 4 minutes. Waited again came back in and everyone was "too busy" to greet or acknowledge me. So as I impatiently tapped my phone on counter finally someone says they'll be with you, I'm like so you can't help get my food then I ask why did the app say one thing when something completely different is happening in store. The fool says it's Friday night. That had nothing to do with my question I'll be sure to call Health dept since they like prepping dough with no gloves and coming in directly from outside without washing hands. I'll never patronize this location again!!!!

I had an order to be delivered for a group meeting. it was set to be delivered at 11am. i got a text message saying the order was on its way at 10:43am. This prompting me to tell my guests that the order was on time. The tracking app changed at 11am to say delivered but no one arrived at the door. The order was 25 mins late in arrival and driver nor manager was apologetic of the tardiness. What horrible customer service. this will likely be the last time I use this company. Dominoes seemed to be much more efficient. I will also publocly let people know how embarrasing this was. You need to address this matter !
