&pizza - Mall at Prince George's

This place has failed to deliver my food twice. Awful. Never order delivery from here, you probably won't ever see it.

My pizza was sooo delicious. I'm a bit upset I forgot to get a picture of it. But it was the mushroom pizza with goat cheese. All the flavors came together so well. It was amazing. I'm definately going to get it again.

Additionally, the cashier was one of the sweetest kindest more patient people ever. The store wasn't full and she let me and my colleagues really take our time to figure out what we wanted. She answered our questions with patience and a smile. It's refreshing to be treated so well.

I definately plan to go back soon.

Been to about 5-8 &pizzas in the DC and MD area. Generally speaking, inconsistent customer service is the norm with most locations I’ve been to. Of late though, I would say this is my go to location preferably as the customer service is predictably better than most of the other ones that I frequent. One server here routinely serves with a smile which I can’t say about any other location I’ve been too. They consistently get my order right, they use better sanitary practices, and they do a better job of creating a balanced pizza, unlike some locations that don’t even care how they place your ingredients.

Only reason I gave 4 stars, is because they told me they had no cups for water and I had to pay for one. Free water should be available for any paying customer. This is a fast food standard in USA. IDK, maybe it’s just me, but I seen at least one other person mention in their review that they acted funny with them about water.

Otherwise def recommend this location.

Server refused to give me a cup for water saying he ran out but then turned around and gave a cup to the next customer . When I asked him about it he said he did it know I had ordered from his store. All he had to do when I asked him for a cup was to ask me if I was a customer and to show the receipt than to deny me service? Better training on customer service is recommended .

Don’t order online they will mess up your order and not follow instructions good forbids you are using any rewards because they will intentionally miss the free items or give you a plain pizza instead of a specialty

My fave place to visit when I'm in town. The pizzas are delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The staff was friendly and the serve was efficient.

Yooo when I went to &pizza today I did NOT expect to get a pizza this tasty. Staff listened closely to what I wanted and I loved how positive the atmosphere here is. Everything was cooked to perfection. I don’t favor pizza that much because of the sauce but THIS pizza ima have to order again. Thank you to staff for making my first time experience great! Definitely coming again !

This was a very nice surprise spot for us. We craved pizza and gave this place a try. The team was helpful and smiling. The pizza was perfectly sized for 2 people. It was delicious! We got the Little Roni and it was YUM!

I made an online order for a pizza, when I arrived to the location to pick my order up the employee looked as if he was looking for my order, which I then saw my pizza just sitting unboxed on the counter! I then saw the employee walk over to a female employee and made some comments then walked into the back came back and put my pizza in a box then turn his back and pour chicken he had obviously forgotten to put on the pizza. When I asked shouldn’t it be cooked in he then said “not normally, unless someone comes in and ask”. Which is a complete lie obviously when the pizza was suppose to have chicken on it. I’m just in disappointment especially because I was in a hurry otherwise I would have asked to have it remade! Doubt I’ll go back to that location
