For some context I ordered some pizza for delivery today February 9 at around 5:30pm so it would arrive at like 6-7 but it unfortunately arrived at 8:10 which is over the time I expected I don't know if it was due to a lot of orders and the place being busy or something else but we waited what seemed hours we were hungry we almost called to get it cancelled but out of respect we waited like we usually order from this place some days it arrives either on time or earlier but this time it came rather late and that's when we live close to this pizzeria place and when I checked the location the driver of our delivery seemed to wait for our order that we placed at exactly 5:30 he picked it up around 8 exactly and when it arrived at our door it was cold not warm but cold it's cold outside but a hot and fresh pizza would've came warm or still hot but it was cold so I don't really know just decided to leave this review just to get some answer but overall food is great also the deals are great on the app. (sorry if my Grammer is bad)

Although they are very friendly. I just don't understand why you can't get what you want. Extra sauce at Pizza Hut locations are no longer an options I guess. Every pizza I order always never has enough sauce.

My experience with Pizza Hut was terrible... I placed an order online and had to wait over an hour for my pizza. They didn’t even start preparing it until 40 minutes after I ordered. The service was slow, and they just made excuses to being busy - when I saw people coming in and picking things up immediately or ordering and then having their food shortly after. Absolutely horrible service, I expected way better.

This is our local PH and usually is fine. This time there was a problem, not so much with the local store but with the online ordering system. While it indicated some things were out of stock, I did not find out until I arrived for pickup that the drinks I specifically wanted were out of stock and what did I want to substitute. I could have saved $6.00. The pizza was fine. The chocolate doughnut bites were mediocre. Taste and texture were so so. Won't be ordering them again.
Parking: Currently there is construction happening in a neighboring building that has one of the two entrances blocked off so you have to circle around the block to legally and safely enter.

Horrible service there was a special buy 1 large pizza get another large free and the guy refused to give me the extra pizza I didn’t argue back you guys gotta do better with handling your customers

I simply want my jalapeños on the side and not cooked into the pizza and all of a sudden after my 25 years of life I can’t get something from Pizza Hut I’ve been asking for for over 15 years. Every time I ask for jalapeños on the side somehow it’s a new excuse each time and a magical new policy about why they can’t put it in the side and when I call to ensure it’s put on side the phone is always given to a manager to explain to me why they can’t do something very simply that’s actually harmless and has no logical explanation to why it can’t be done. Why is this something that needs to be elevated to management put the jalapeños in a cup and keep it moving???It makes me have to buy jalapeños myself and if Pizza Hut wasn’t as good as it is just for this reason I wouldn’t eat here anymore. I’m very confused as to when this became a thing. The pizza was so delicious and is so delicious every time but I’m very annoyed by this strange new persistent minor inconvenience that’s starting to become less minor and more major. I don’t want to have to keep buying jalapeños from the store to put on my pizza every time I want a pizza or have to go somewhere to get pizza altogether. Please fix this strange inconvenience immediately.

Just DO BETTER. Smh. Then had the nerve to tell me it's $1 for blue cheese dressing but gonna just pour hot sauce on here n call it buffalo wings. Smh. Sad. I'm from VA. This is why I opt out of eating out here

They already closed the Wendy’s next door, THIS PLACE SHOULDVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FIRST. I’m shocked that this raggedy location is still operational. Last time I ordered from here it was a disaster. Nobody will acknowledge you at all when you first walk in, they’ll be doing whatever RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU and will have you standing there looking at them for 10 mins before they even decide to say welcome to Pizza Hut and half the time they don’t even greet you with that, they just ask “what’s your order”. Oh and they are quick to act like they don’t understand English when they mess your order up AND THEY WILL MESS IT UP. ??♀️
