If I can give zero stars I would I am never coming back to this location ever again. Third time eating from here and the first time i ordered no problem and the second time I waited 20 minutes and was even late to work and nobody was in there. Now this is my third time and I work across the street and this is my second time ordering online (carryout) . Yesterday 08/30/2025 at 6:53PM. I saw online that their dinner box was $19.99 I got the dinner box: two medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings mild, and cheese bacon breadsticks for $24.37 when I got there my order was no where to be found but the money was taken off my card. I looked on the screen but my order wasn’t popping up. The manager said they don’t sell dinners boxes but online it said otherwise and if you guys aren’t selling it then why is it available online? The manager didn’t even offer to make my food despite me showing her my confirmation email and the transaction on my cash app along with the cashier and then the guy going to saying it says pending, it doesn’t matter if it says pending it still took my money! I the lady printed out a paper with everyone credit card but didn’t see mines and I didn’t see it in the system either but they took my money though! I am 9 weeks pregnant and spent $24.37 on food that I haven’t received and then I had to spend more money on food for me and my baby and now I have to dispute the transaction from my cash app since today 08/31/3035 it says payment completed instead of pending. I’ll go to Wendy’s or pack my lunch from now. I wouldn’t go here unless yall want poor customer service, money taken without receiving food, and long wait times.

Update: it’s now Wednesday, October 1, 2025 and I’m still fighting to get my refund. Pizza Hut wants to give me free food instead of my money which I think is crazy but I’m going to get my money. I will never ever buy Pizza from Pizza Hut again. Even the manager on duty wanted to offer me free food I declined I don’t want food I want my money!

David ( I believe he was the manager) helped me out with my order, I ordered through the website and the doordasher made a mistake and i called regarding it and David helped me and even gave me the food for free as long as i tipped! ( free pizza! ) He was very helpful, respectful, and even took the time to sort out what was going on with doordash. I greatly appreciate the effort he put to make sure my order was delivered (:

Pizza was ok, nothing like it used to be . Pizza has died out a lot over the years. They had dining tables and chairs but didn't offer plates, cups ,silverware, or napkins, then they should just take the tables out so customers will know that it's only carry out

The online communication is so bad. Tried to call to change an address literally 1 min after I ordered and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Was able to get to a manager finally like when the order was already picked up from the store and I tried to do a cancel but instead I found out I can because a manager would have to come to work later that day to approve it and it will take 3 days for a refund, What bs. Couldn’t get in contact with the delivery drivers, couldn’t even get a text back. But all I got was a message saying the order was delivered directly to me when that’s not even my address.

For some context I ordered some pizza for delivery today February 9 at around 5:30pm so it would arrive at like 6-7 but it unfortunately arrived at 8:10 which is over the time I expected I don't know if it was due to a lot of orders and the place being busy or something else but we waited what seemed hours we were hungry we almost called to get it cancelled but out of respect we waited like we usually order from this place some days it arrives either on time or earlier but this time it came rather late and that's when we live close to this pizzeria place and when I checked the location the driver of our delivery seemed to wait for our order that we placed at exactly 5:30 he picked it up around 8 exactly and when it arrived at our door it was cold not warm but cold it's cold outside but a hot and fresh pizza would've came warm or still hot but it was cold so I don't really know just decided to leave this review just to get some answer but overall food is great also the deals are great on the app. (sorry if my Grammer is bad)

Although they are very friendly. I just don't understand why you can't get what you want. Extra sauce at Pizza Hut locations are no longer an options I guess. Every pizza I order always never has enough sauce.

My experience with Pizza Hut was terrible... I placed an order online and had to wait over an hour for my pizza. They didn’t even start preparing it until 40 minutes after I ordered. The service was slow, and they just made excuses to being busy - when I saw people coming in and picking things up immediately or ordering and then having their food shortly after. Absolutely horrible service, I expected way better.

This is our local PH and usually is fine. This time there was a problem, not so much with the local store but with the online ordering system. While it indicated some things were out of stock, I did not find out until I arrived for pickup that the drinks I specifically wanted were out of stock and what did I want to substitute. I could have saved $6.00.
The pizza was fine.
The chocolate doughnut bites were mediocre. Taste and texture were so so. Won't be ordering them again.

Parking: Currently there is construction happening in a neighboring building that has one of the two entrances blocked off so you have to circle around the block to legally and safely enter.
