First thing first I ordered at 4:00 pm it is now 7:00 pm and I continue to call with no contact or anyone trying to assist. I was able to reach someone 4 different times and they continued to hang up. I'm very understanding of circumstances when it comes to fast food so I was very polite. After the 5th call I finally got through and was told my food was showing processing but no-one ever started the order so now I'm sitting here with no food or no type of communication this is absolutely ridiculous if this is how the service is ran this location needs to be closed down!

Ordered pizzas, breadsticks and wings when the grandchildren stopped over the day after Thanksgiving. Food was right temperature. Grands said it tasted really good and kept asking for more. Glad we ordered the deals.

I went yo pick up my order and the lady that was putting the pepperoni did not have any gloves on .And I told the cashier that’s gross ? we her nasty hands gave the pizza to my friend couldn’t eater ???????
The pizza was good.The only 2 things that I don't like about this location is that they closed their dining room during the Scamdemic and never opened it back up.I thought this was a restaurant not a carry out. I'm from the area and have been coming to this location since the 80s but seems like it has fallen off and are no longer customer friendly nor do they offer a place to enjoy your food.I drive all day and the last thing I want to do is go to Pizza Hut for a pizza and don't have the option to take a load off, sit down and enjoy my food.This will probably be my last visit.I'm going to switch to Ledo's. At least they offer a friendly relaxing environment to enjoy your food and the pizza is just as good and for real, I would say it's better and taste fresher.Lastly, the last few times I ordered from here they never included napkins with my order. I either have to ask or use my stash in the car.I just, personally, see it like Pizza Hut is just about getting your money and get you out the door with the least possible accommodations.Like I said, my family and myself have given this place a lot of business throughout the years and clearly remember how nice this place used to be.If you're looking to buy a pizza and get pushed out the door, this is the place to go. But if you're looking for an experience, go to Ledo's or somewhere else.

I had a personal pan pizza with extra pepperoni. This location is the only location that has the same pizza hut flavor that I remember as a kid. Other locations do not taste the same to me.

Pizza was good. We had to wait 30 mins for a pizza. The location was dark n gloomy. The area looked like it was an abandoned lot. Thought it was closed. The dining area, all the tables n chairs were pushed against the back walls like during covid. It was sad sitting in there waiting... ?
