I came to this place on thursday afternoon. I have no complaints about the food (I really love pollo campero). Although the cashier's service is terrible; that young man has no idea what customer service is! But besides that, my comment is about the air conditioning. I simply couldn't enjoy my food because of the horrible heat in that place. It's truly inhumane to have all that staff without air conditioning. Oh my God, it's the middle of summer. It's horrible to see the employees all sweaty. I don't even understand why the Labor Department or Human Resources hasn't arrived

First time trying this place and I couldn’t have been more regretful. I got the 3 piece “ slow roasted” grilled chicken meal. First off receiving my order It looked OK until i actually tried to eat it. The chicken was very pink throughout ALL the pieces which instantly disgust me. It boggles my mind that they specify slow cooked in the description but it was very much so Undercooked! The side of rice that i chose for the meal was pretty minuscule. 3 whole big pieces of chicken 2 thighs and a leg to be exact - should come with a larger side if you ask me. Served with a little tortilla that didn’t get cooked. What a waste of money and horrible first impression.

I hate the service here, today I come to this restaurant on my own to order food so my family would eat and I ask if I could have 12 pieces of chicken and 2 orders of this salad thing but when I got my order, my mom (a former employee at the restaurant) said only two pieces came, and I was like “I told them to two times that I wanted 12” how the heck did they get the order wrong, bad hearing or something like come on now, and also they ask too many questions about what certain extra food or sauces you want on it, and now I feel like not ordering from that restaurant on my own, EVER AGAIN

Many times the people at the cash register when collecting are not very friendly and when you ask for something additional in a bad way they say that you have to pay extra. You already know that you pay extra, nobody asks for anything for free. Improve customer service. The food is super good.
