This Starbucks location consistently has slow service. Today, it took 13 minutes to get my iced caramel macchiato, and I had to return it because I was given the wrong size. I clearly ordered a Venti, but when I mentioned it, the employee pointed to the receipt with my name and said, ‘It says Grande.’ I told her again that I ordered a Venti. I even said I will pay the difference but clearly ordered a Venti and added $2 tip! When I finally got my drink, it tasted awful. I’ve been here before with my daughter and had the same experience slow service and poorly made drinks. Please address this by improving management and staff training.

I literally ordered some drinks but in my opinion they could change because the drink is not placed well and literally the size is too small I put my three drinks I asked for one to put them and they literally came out falling on the floor because they are almost outside and also that would avoid an accident

I bought two Blonde vanilla lattes yesterday afternoon, and two hours later, I suffered from diarrhea, stomach cramping, and nausea. Regrettably, I had also purchased one for my husband, who is now experiencing similar symptoms. Furthermore, the service was exceptionally slow, and it seems they are serving contaminated drinks to customers. The health department's intervention is required. I strongly advise against buying drinks at this location.

Don't order by app they take 45 minutes to be ready is not one time all the time order here ,I was waiting 30 minutes yesterday for two ice lavender macha I couldn't wait 30 for minutes I tell the Don't make itI can't wait if have one hour to wait for a coffee go there if Don't go to a different Starbucks.

If you’re looking for lack luster customer service, slow service this is your place.. You have a better chance of getting your drink walking than placing a mobile order.. Today I experienced the worst customer service to the point where I will not ever return to this location. Spoke with the manager but by the way the young lady reacted in front of the manager I’m positive he’s not going to reprimand her in anyway. Bottom line this location needs new staffing and management.

I always have a great experience here. I hac a one off day recently where the wrong size drink was given, but otherwise they're always friendly and always have what I want in stock (psst bring back the red velvet loaf slices lol)

This morning I went into the Starbucks in Hyattsville, Maryland. I order a Venti chai latte Which I got very late 15 minutes after I had ordered it they made it for me even though I told them that I needed my money back, but he didn’t want to refund the money back and started making the latte for me and it tasted nasty I don’t think he knew how to make it. He even asked me if I needed to put water and if I wanted it with 2% milk when I had asked for oat milk, I had to throw that away. Very bad service I wasted my money. Madre

Never again will I come to this location? I literally walked in the door and sat there for 25 minutes while the person who seems to be the manager was not doing anything just speaking with somebody while there’s about at least 10 people waiting.

Absolutely disgusting experience at this Starbucks. I walked in expecting to enjoy my breakfast inside, but instead, it felt like I had stepped into a hair salon. There were people literally doing hair inside, and one woman kept walking around with a huge chunk of hair in her hand—completely ruined my appetite. On top of that, they were out of oat milk and java chips, so my drink options were already limited.

To make things worse, the customer service was nonexistent. No greeting, no “hello”—just an unfriendly look as if I was an inconvenience for even walking in. In the end, I had to take my food and drinks to my car because the atmosphere was unbearable. Definitely not what I expect from Starbucks. Will not be coming back.

Probably the WORST caramel macchiato I've ever had. I get the same custom drink at ever Starbucks I go to throughout the DMV. Today I tried this location and the drink tasted disgusting. I maybe had 2 sips before throwing it out - $7 down the drain.

Also there's trash all over the parking lot by the Starbucks. Dirty cesspool. To add to that, there was no customer service, no friendly "hello" or "have a nice day". I didn't bother to let them know how bad the drink was as I had already left the store.

Very bad service, paid 7$ and ordered a GR Latte and was half full , I paid full price for a half latte. I confronted the employee and they told me to get a refund and they won’t be serving me just because I asked why is my GR latte half full when I paid for a whole latte. Will not be going here again

This place is so dirty, the floor is dirty. The equipment is dirty. There is dust everywhere. This is not the first time I told him to clean the place up third time.
