I always have a great experience here. I hac a one off day recently where the wrong size drink was given, but otherwise they're always friendly and always have what I want in stock (psst bring back the red velvet loaf slices lol)
The best thing is it is open till late evening. This place sometimes gets overwhelming number of orders. If you are in hurry, you might take the advantage of ordering online and picking up at the store to cut some time.

The staff are so friendly and service is quick even though they stay busy. Only downside is they run out of supplies frequently, so some of the menu items aren't available. Otherwise, the food and beverages are well made.
