This day I arrived to buy my drink as usual. Unfortunately, the girl who helped me gave me less product and less drink. I asked her if I could get more, and she simply ignored me. Please, the store owners should pay more attention. These types of employees ruin the company. I'm adding a photo.

I Waited in line for a while to be greeted, I asked for a strawberry frappe just for them to tell me they had no whip cream . I will Not pay full price after still being patience and not having topping /ingredient .

This spot is super convenient. I used to skip it, but been a regular since they renovated. Recently it’s been a nice coffee stop on my shopping trips. I stay seeing the friendly folks like Julia, Sylvia and the rest of the crew. Tbh one of the only Target SBs I go to outside the real ones.

I wish I could rate this location with zero stars. The staff is not friendly at all, and they rarely have the seasonal drinks available; either the machine is broken, or they don't have the necessary ingredients. This location gives Starbucks a bad reputation.

I LOVE Starbucks and I really held myself from writting a review I don’t like to get anyone in trouble but honestly today I had one of the worst services ever. Every time I go the workers are NEVER polite. They take the longest amount of time to even take your order. This Starbucks is hands down the WORST of the dmv. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks but this is the worst. Either this Starbucks needs to train their people better or hire some with ACTUAL customer service expierence. I hate that I have no other choice to go to this one bc all I think of is the bad service. (They never even great you a hello or good morning!!!)

I like Starbucks and the service is always polite but someone needs to clean up a bit more in many of these locations.. though I really wish people weren't so messy, it's inconsiderate and childish.
