Terrible service. I ordered regular bread and they charged me too much. They charged me almost $30 for a regular combo, and the employees have a bad attitude and the service is terrible.

I compared this Subway near me right now to the Subway at home in Hagerstown. The one here is horrible, the subs was a 12 inch, was NO where near that size, it was barely a 6 inch!! The ones at home are a 12 inch!! I haven't ordered one here in Hyattsville since.

I ordered 2 meatball subs with the normal toppings. Provolone, marinara sauce on toasted bread. They didn't put anything on the sub!! It was so dry!! Its states meatball sub with marinara sauce!! Never ordering from here again!!

i never ever leave a review but i can't believe this is happening rn. i ordered subway as me n my mom were craving it bc 1.) she's pregnant and 2.) i hadn't eaten anything all day. so we order (i get my regular and she gets the philly). we then wait etc etc and we open the order. first, our breads were mixed up. i ordered white n she ordered multigrain which she needs bc she's PREGNANT. then, she finds little cheese n lettuce when she asked for extra. i get olives on my sandwich when i did not ask for any n they left out the black pepper on my sandwich. this is so incredibly stressful for both me AND her. it's rlly sad to see as we used to order delivery n they never mixed up anything before.

So me and my mother went to subway today and as we where getting our food the Associate was very rude and disrespectful I couldn’t get the guys name but he has the worst attitude how can you come over to America from Dubai or India and be so rude and nasty he should be fired immediately a complete idiot why does corporate hire these people. ???? unacceptable
This Subway restaurant location is one of the reason that most subway restaurants will be out of business in the next 5 years. You're better off going to Jersey Mike's! I went to this subway and brought 3 sandwiches for my Mother. The bread out shadowed the sandwich (Barely any Meat). The bread tasted old and chewy! The person making my sandwich complained when I requested more toppings than what he put on my sandwich, as if the onions had come his home. When he saw that I had a coupon he even attempted to charge me $2.00 more. Price is Never A Problem It's The Customer Experience! You're Bette Off going to Jersey Mike's and getting everything you want and more on your sandwich, without the side eye and extra cost. The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are Fresher and Taste Much Better!#Subwayrestaurantsmustdobetter
