Very clean and fancy looking. I love the graffiti all over. Although the drinks were pricey a small horchata for $5 something. Other places I’ve been to charge that for a large. It was my first time being here.

SUPER SUPER awesome mexican food. I felt like I was eating myself into the most heavenly food coma. At some point I abandoned my utensils and started eating with my hands. The portions seemed small at first but I guarantee you they weren't. Incredibly delicious and great customer service, they serve us complimentary chips and salsa first to make sure we wouldn't go hungry while we waited for food. Lastly, gorgeous art all over the place, it's so rare in Takoma to find a true gem restaurant that's really really good but not insanely overpacked, with homely vibes. Truly an amazing experience, thank you guys!!

This place is AMAZING! We got a mix of appetizers (the papas locas) French fries with cheese and different sauces, the atol (pineapple and corn) and got the aqua Frescas Horchata and Mango before our main dishes of the chicken Torta and Birria Pizza! The servings are big and the cost low for what you get. We will DEFINITELY be back and I can't wait to bring my friend and family. Side note: the artwork is AMAZING and unique!

I got the carne asada entree and my sister got the chicken fajitas. Flavor was definitely there. Expensive compared to other Mexican places in the area and they do not serve alcohol. Overall food stars, not the best Mexican food I have had but pretty darn good.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and was able to eat a lot of the items here. Staff was knowledgeable about what had wheat flour. Their homemade corn tortillas have a bit of wheat flour.

Seriously the quesadilla was big as my dashboard. The taco di birria wow... just wow... flavorful and good quality food. The restaurant is very well maintained. I've traveled a bit and this food taste better than some of the food I tried overseas. It doesn't have that smelly odor like other restaurants. The atmosphere is peaceful it's not crazy. They dont serve liquor so you wont find anyone here acting like a numb nut. I want to see this place busy ALL THE TIME. The customer service is great. The food is great. At-least try it twice.SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES !@%!@
Place is nice and clean, that’s about it!!! I order tacos and a pancita. Please do your self a favor and stay away from this place. Tacos had no flavor meat taste like it was going bad. Pancita half the container was grease smell HORRIBLE!!!! Like they had not clean the meat, it taste just like it smell. I had the one from El Mexicano and the meat is clean. This the trips was still black. $40.00 in the trash!!!!
