Cotton was a delight to work with from start to finish. For a baby shower, I ordered cupcakes, brownies, soft-baked cookies, fruit tarts, and cheesecakes. Everything was BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS and arrived 30 minutes early. It was a huge hit with all my coworkers and they were all asking where I ordered these sweet treats. If I could give Cotton 100 stars, I would.

Bought the almond Velvet cake for my wife's 30th birthday. It was beautiful and very delicious. All of her friend's loved the cake. There was a slight mixup on the delivery but thats no fault of the baker. My favorite part is that it was all real ingredients so it tasted amazing and the cake pretty much melted in your mouth. If I lived in the area I would definitely get another cake from them. I will suggest them for all of my friends in the DMV!Delivery Only

As my husband commented, this was the cake I wanted versus the cake I received. The decorations we paid for were blue and white to match the cake. When I let the company know the lady on the phone told me that they will refund me and pick up the cake in one hour. This put us in a situation where we had to keep the cake because I couldn’t get another one on short notice. Additionally, the delivery was late and she only gave us a partial refund because we asked for it and not because she offered. This was much more than just a mix up with our order! The attitude of the staff on the phone was very hostile and sarcastic. They clearly just wanted to put us in a position so that could keep our money.

The service was terrible! Our birthday cake was delivered 3 hours late and was the wrong cake. When we contacted the company about the issue they refused to give us a refund unless we returned the cake. The company was very rude on the phone and after many calls between my wife and I about the issues they gave us a 20 percent refund which only covered the delivery fee. I would not recommend this company to any one as they made a special day unnecessarily stressful.

I am so glad I found this business. I needed a last minute cake during the holiday season no less (Dec 23) and after contacting numerous bakers who could not accommodate me I found Tiered and Petite. Cotton not only squeezed me in for delivery, but made the MOST INSANELY GORGEOUS CAKE for my celebration. My friends legitimately thought I ordered a wedding cake for the celebration. Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious. The details on the cake were immaculate. Every small piece was edible. It was delivered at the exact time scheduled. Every aspect of this company is professional, the service and communication are excellent, and the cakes are WORTH EVERY PENNY.I will be ordering all my cakes from Tiered and Petite.

Cotton is amazing !! I placed a last-minute order of a specialty type of cake. Not only was she able to make this delicious cake but it was delivered on time for my daughter‘s 21st birthday. My daughter was so happy! I cannot be grateful enough to Cotton for her personalized service and one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen. I highly recommend this bakery to everyone!

Babyyyy let say these cakes are LIKE DAT! Cotton did the thing and did WELL! I LOVE how moist and smooth the cakes. I sampled tried the ginger bread and I was not prepared for how good it was. Not to mention the presentation! Rarely do you get a cook cake that's also pretty and Cotton came through with both!Update!! She did our wedding cake and it looks FLAWLESS!!! 100K/10 will always recommend.

To start off the cake was beautiful, it was the first thing noticed when you walk in the room. We ordered the cake late Tuesday night needing help with the order, emailed and they were very responsive and helpful. We got the cake on time and not damaged with candles and a happy birthday decoration. The cake was very good no complaints from the 20+ people who tried it. Definitely will be ordering again in the future and referring friends and family.

I have ordered cupcakes and the petite fours. I love the taste of her chocolate products. Yes, they are expensive but well worth the price. This review will be about taste more than presentation, because she uses real butter the cupcakes didn't hold up so well in the heat.

I first encountered Tiered and Petite at a party held by my son's friend's mom. One taste of the Ebony Orange Blossom cup cake and I was hooked and I had to have them again. So I found her online and ordered the raspberry chocolate petite fours. The cake was very moist. The little cakes seemed a bit tall for petite fours, but they were also pricey. So no complaints about getting more cake and yum.

Next, once I got some freezer space, I ordered the Oreo cupcakes and the Ebony Orange cupcakes. The Oreo cupcake had marshmallow stuff, cookie parts, a straw cookie thing, and a vanilla-type buttercream with specks of cookie in it. Underneath was a very dark chocolate cake. In the hands of a 4.5 year old, it was a mess because the marshmallow is sticky and kids are messy. The Ebony orange, had candied orange, a chocolate candy shaped like a pringles chip with some crunchy bits, a slightly orangy buttercream and a dense chocolate something with just the right amount of salt. The cake underneath was chocolate. Both were top heavy with sugary goodness.

As I said, she uses real butter and you can taste it. These are real ingredients, no fake or cheap stuff. Very high quality flavors and ingredients. These freeze very well, which allows me to enjoy them everyso often. Thawed cupcakes retain their moistness and are delicious. Cupcakes that sat in the fridge for half a week before making it to the freezer (eating a cupcake a day is not good for a diet) were not as moist and the cake was drier.

My son loved them all. But he likes anything sugary. So they satisfy kids (not too rich) and adults.

Absolutely adored my experience with Cotton at Tiered and Petite! She made my sisters birthday cake for me, and it was exactly as I asked and even better than I imagined! Amazing value for money and I love the service.

The most delicious and creative desserts! A wonderful addition to the main street. Our cupcakes and peanut butter whiskey brownies were divine.

well i would like to start off by saying this is the best bakery i’ve been to, the nice young man in there is super personal and very helpful, the cheesecake i had was amazing 10/10 i do recommend
