The service was terrible! Our birthday cake was delivered 3 hours late and was the wrong cake. When we contacted the company about the issue they refused to give us a refund unless we returned the cake. The company was very rude on the phone and after many calls between my wife and I about the issues they gave us a 20 percent refund which only covered the delivery fee. I would not recommend this company to any one as they made a special day unnecessarily stressful.

Cotton not only squeezed me in for delivery, but made the MOST INSANELY GORGEOUS CAKE for my celebration. My friends legitimately thought I ordered a wedding cake for the celebration. Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious. The details on the cake were immaculate. Every small piece was edible. It was delivered at the exact time scheduled. Every aspect of this company is professional, the service and communication are excellent, and the cakes are WORTH EVERY PENNY.I will be ordering all my cakes from Tiered and Petite.

My boyfriend and I planned a surprise 60th birthday party for his mom and I KNEW we needed to order a tiered cake. We got the red velvet tiered cake. It is HEAVENLY. So rich and delicious. We are certainly going to order another one for dad's birthday, and probably mine. These cakes and cupcakes are so beautiful and the owner is extremely professional and responsive. This is my go-to bakery now, hands down. 10,000% recommend!!!

Both cakes were STUNNING and delicious!!! I wish I had pics but we devoured them both so quickly. They even offer delivery within a certain radius. I will forever use them for my speciality cake needs. Seriously, never disappoint.

To start off the cake was beautiful, it was the first thing noticed when you walk in the room. We ordered the cake late Tuesday night needing help with the order, emailed and they were very responsive and helpful. We got the cake on time and not damaged with candles and a happy birthday decoration. The cake was very good no complaints from the 20+ people who tried it. Definitely will be ordering again in the future and referring friends and family.

Cotton was extremely responsive (I inquired late Friday night) and helped me craft exactly what I wanted. The cake showed up as promised (I paid a bit extra for delivery). We were blown away by the sheer beauty of the cake, like a work of art and we all agreed it was the BEST cake we'd ever had(I ordered the lemon). I might suggest that a small instruction card be attached? I ordered for delivery the day before and on a whim asked the delivery guy what I should do with the cake? (Put in fridge until 30 min before eating) I would absolutely order a cake from Tiered & Petite again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
