I love the experience I had with one of the employees, Blanca! She was really kind and sweet and helped me choose options that met my dietary restrictions. I always come by on my break and I’m always made felt welcomed ☺️

Overall a good meal but nothing special. Wouldn’t seek it out but would get it if that was one of the few options. Got the chicken Baja wrap - not super flavorful but not bad. Took advantage of the free smoothie deal with a meal - Açaí berry one. It was pretty sweet despite getting half the sugar.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, it seems like every single time I come in here I cannot seem to get quality service!!! Today the picture I'm posting is of the Greek yogurt bowl that I bought and me trying desperately hard to find granola!!! They wanted to charge me a dollar and although they hardly put ANY granola in my bowl... I AM SO DONE BECAUSE I LOVE TROPICAL SO MUCH, BUT THIS LOCATION I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T COME HERE.

I expect a response from the owner at this point because the line at bottom of the reviews for ONE STAR is getting longer and longer and longer...

ARE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP LOSING MONEY.

YODI LOPEZ claimed she was the manger . I had ordered my food from uber eats for pick up and she was highly Unprofessional and very disrespectful and rude and had lied about my order and did something to my order to where I didn’t get it . And they wouldn’t make it when I asked either.

I've been to this location multiple times. The store is always clean and the employees are helpful. The smoothies and sandwiches are very good. Great location if you're trying to grab a quick bite and do some shopping...or just head home. I'll continue to come here for my smoothie fix.

I didn't return the watery smoothie because I was hungry & it was free. I'll return it next time if it's not right.

Not much chicken was in the wrap.

Employees were talking while I was waiting. Again, I was hungry.

I enjoy Tropical Smoothie however today they failed tremendously women was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy my smoothie. I canceled my order. Good customer service goes a long way hard. Enjoy your meal when you’re not satisfied with service.

I've seen some negative reviews and sometime that happen. Let me say that this was my first time coming into a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I was very impress with the person who took my order and the folks making it. I told her this was my first time in the establishment and she help me with my questions. My smoothie was awesome and the breakfast sandwich wad very delicious. I will be back very soon. Thank you.

My family and I went there today on August 13, 2024.
We placed an order for five smoothie and a sandwich, one of the smoothie was not labeled and apparently it didn’t have in any protein which we had asked to be placed in all of them.

They proceeded to empty the contents of the cup and add the protein to it.
We were not provided or asked if we needed a receipt, so we were unaware if the receipt contained the correct information.

After leaving the store and began to have our smoothie, we then realized that at least three of them were not blended properly.

There’s always room for mistakes, and the same goes for great service, improvements can be achieved.

I go here practically everyday. They make the best smoothies ever. Also the food is so good. More importantly, the staff who work at this establishment are super friendly and kind. I really like how they always talk to me and other customers. They also provide me with great recommendations when I want to try something different and overall they are just some really genuine people. Choose this location over any other tropical smoothies in the area (I don’t recommend the other tropical smoothie nearby by IKEA their staff is really rude).
