Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I've been to this location multiple times. The store is always clean and the employees are helpful. The smoothies and sandwiches are very good. Great location if you're trying to grab a quick bite and do some shopping...or just head home. I'll continue to come here for my smoothie fix.

Don't answer the phone when someone calls for an order problem. Poor service.

I didn't return the watery smoothie because I was hungry & it was free. I'll return it next time if it's not right.

Not much chicken was in the wrap.

Employees were talking while I was waiting. Again, I was hungry.

Might go back but it'll be next year.

I enjoy Tropical Smoothie however today they failed tremendously women was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy my smoothie. I canceled my order. Good customer service goes a long way hard. Enjoy your meal when you’re not satisfied with service.

I've seen some negative reviews and sometime that happen. Let me say that this was my first time coming into a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I was very impress with the person who took my order and the folks making it. I told her this was my first time in the establishment and she help me with my questions. My smoothie was awesome and the breakfast sandwich wad very delicious. I will be back very soon. Thank you.

My family and I went there today on August 13, 2024.
We placed an order for five smoothie and a sandwich, one of the smoothie was not labeled and apparently it didn’t have in any protein which we had asked to be placed in all of them.

They proceeded to empty the contents of the cup and add the protein to it.
We were not provided or asked if we needed a receipt, so we were unaware if the receipt contained the correct information.

After leaving the store and began to have our smoothie, we then realized that at least three of them were not blended properly.

There’s always room for mistakes, and the same goes for great service, improvements can be achieved.

I go here practically everyday. They make the best smoothies ever. Also the food is so good. More importantly, the staff who work at this establishment are super friendly and kind. I really like how they always talk to me and other customers. They also provide me with great recommendations when I want to try something different and overall they are just some really genuine people. Choose this location over any other tropical smoothies in the area (I don’t recommend the other tropical smoothie nearby by IKEA their staff is really rude).

I went today 5/2 to place an order for a smoothie and my customer service was awful! The cashier already didn’t have enough change in her register to give me so another employee had to leave the store and comeback with a few rolls of quarter and the cashier was giving me back my change she threw it on the counter. I expressed to her that it was rude to due that due to the fact that I gave her the money in her hand and she told me to just “pick it up” I informed the supervisor and nothing was done. I regularly come here but after this experience I will NEVER come here again!

This is my 3rd time at the pg location and I’ve had enough. I ordered a wrap and each I do it is always as if the person just threw it together. The food is falling apart and it’s crazy that each time I come the food is always made the same, just thrown together.

Place is a rip off.I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a soda and they charged me 13$ for a thin bare crest literally with just chicken and cheese good for a todler.

Earlier today, I decided to swing by Tropical Smoothie Cafe to check out their new lineup of acai bowls. Intrigued by the offerings, I settled on the Green Dream Yogurt Bowl, loaded with mango, blueberries, and coconut shavings.Let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion in every spoonful! The base, described as avocado and lime, sounded a bit strange at first, but it worked wonders with the toppings. The creaminess of the avocado melded perfectly with the tangy lime, creating a unique and delicious flavor profile.The portion size was just right for me - not too much, not too little, but just enough to leave me feeling satisfied and energized. Each bite was a refreshing burst of fruity goodness that left me craving more.After this delightful experience, I'm already eager to explore the other bowl flavors on their menu. Tropical Smoothie Cafe has definitely won me over with their new acai bowls, and I can't wait to come back for more!
