Worst customer service i have had. First of all. Sitting at the drive thru with no cars infront of me for 15mins then drive up and pick up with drinks missing. Did not want to drive again and went in the store and damn was the manager loud and said i am only taking orders, talk to someone else. Then showed my receipt to the other guy, manager objected and cursed at that employee to not move from her spot and not worry about this. Then another guy gave me a cup and then the straws and napkins empty. Never seen a loud obnoxious manager straight up cursing employees and providing bad service to customers. Never going to this wendy ever again.

Picked up a mobile order today through the drive-thru and the young lady that handed me the food had zero customer service skills. Not one thank you, welcome, NOTHING. Opened the window, passed me the food, not a word. Pretty much acted like I was bothering her. Even at the speaker she was extremely unpolite. Just nasty for no reason. Act like you want to be there

Just left this location Made the most simplest order got down the street realized they gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for. Tried to call they have it set up where they aren’t even receiving calls that tells me they have several complaints. I hate for someone to charge me and give me the complete opposite of what i asked for . I got there around 8:00am nobody in line so they weren’t busy just not following directions.

The redesigned Wendy’s is great. Much brighter inside! I’ve only gone for breakfast runs but still very pleasant staff & accurate orders.

The building, is freshly updated and that's where the good things end. The staff, are very unfriendly and unhelpful. The deals, received an offer for the specific location tho they would not honor it. The food, ordered a Dave's single took one bite and all I see it Raw Meat 🤮🤮🤮 Wendy's, I don't know what you're doing but this isn't it!

I'll be honest, I am not impressed by the Wednesday promotional meal.
The mystery sauce could kill an unsuspecting new englander like myself, which, considering the theme, may have been the point.
Very clean, very polite, very shiny and new, maybe a little hard to get to the parking lot, but not a deal breaker.
