This restaurant is very unorganized, unpolite and very slow. I orderded a big order for family and friends. I waited 30 minutes before coming to the restaurant because from previously ordering, I knew it takes them a while. When I got to the counter for my order I was told it wasn't ready. They were busy, after another 20-25 minutes. There was another cashier at the front and I asked about My order. She looks on the Pick up rack at the top and hands me food that has been sitting ready since I arrived. I asked how long its been ready and they tell me 45 minutes ago. They refunded me after having to argue with the manager. I will not be coming back because this wasn't there first mess up and probably wouldn't be their last if I did.

Great boneless wings. The order was a bit slow coming out, but they were quite busy. Food was warm and tasty, I ordered the 5th spiciest sauce but it was not that spicy. Not much seating space inside the restaurant but it was sufficient

I’m curious if the owner of this location reads the reviews because I’ve had multiple instances, including tonight, where I tried ordering food through DoorDash and it feels like certain employees are avoiding preparing the food until the store closes because they don’t want to make it. If it happened once I wouldn’t complain, but this is the 5th time it’s happened. Does the owner actually care?

Today we went to bring 20 wings...they didn't give us ranch dip, other than that they gave us some dry wings .the truth is very bad ..and buying there again would take 3s to think about it

Filthy, dirty, don't even bother about the food and customer service!
Food was cold but flavorful, so we packed the rest and airfried it at home. They served it lukewarm anyways so .. eh. Oh and also they don't have tissues/dinner napkins! It was paper towels!
Service was ... no hi? No hello? Had to flag someone to get the cashier up front and boy she didn't wanna be there.
Bathroom was dirty and they didn't have paper towels, they need to sweep and mop that whole place and wipe the sticky tables.
