We ordered $80 in food from Door Dash. The wings were very good, but there was too much sauce. Restaurants are supposed to have to order ready and correct for the driver which this store did not. To start- this store charged us for the bag our food came in. 2/3 of our drinks were wrong, and none had straws. Half of our sauces were missing and the fries were ice cold.

I just order food from here and I accidentally order the wrong chicken I ate haft of it so call in to switch it out! They want to charge extra for it, even the manager wouldn’t give me anything! This is one way of kicking customers away! I’ll never order here again! Food tastes like trash! Horrible customer service! Not how to operate if you want customers to buy from you again! WingStop won’t lose money by switching my order but they have left bad taste in my mouth! And lose a customer!
