Ordered food from this place which should’ve been delivered at 12:45, but was notified at 1:15 that it would be delayed to 1:30. I couldn’t track my order nor could I call this restaurant to check on it! They don’t answer the phone and let it go straight to voicemail. Please order delivery from another wingstop.

I came in to order food, and there were probably 5 people waiting for their food and no line. Ordered the wings, and was told 15 minutes... 35 minutes later, no update, and cashier disappeared. People been waiting forever.

I’m not sure why you have to PAY for a water cup. a little cup for water, after you already spent an arm and a leg for wings is ridiculous. Horrible service.

The wings were very were very good, probably the best I’ve had from a wingstop. However the service took a while, probably 25-30 minutes from start to finish. They seemed to be understaffed. There was a ton of people waiting there. Also the prices were pretty ridiculous.

I would say lower the prices and hire more workers, but don’t change anything about the chicken. Then people will love the place and you’ll get more business.
