I visited on Sunday night, about an hour before closing. The kitchen staff was already busy cleaning and shutting things down, and several side items were unavailable. I ordered the Texas brisket with fries, but the brisket was dry—not fresh or juicy. The cashier seemed more focused on closing the kitchen than taking my order, and I had to adjust my meal because they were out of coleslaw. Overall, the service and food were average, and the $18 price tag for a dry sandwich didn’t feel justified. I’d rather go to Mission BBQ than return to this spot.

Genuinely no words to describe the experience. Quick note, I am not a huge fan of barbecue. I have never really preferred it over other food but this place genuinely changed my perspective of barbecue. It was the one of the happiest moments of my life. I am from North Carolina, where I have had some very solid barbecue. None of that compares to this. This place is almost magical. I had the Lukes burger with Texas Brisket. It was the best burger I have ever had. I am still speechless by how incredible the food was. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anybody I ever talk to. Only bad thing is this place is too far from me to go to daily. Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

As a loaded-fry connoisseur, I have to say that their Pork Fries are some of the best fries I have ever had. They were actually loaded, like loaded loaded. My wife and I had to stop eating them just to have enough space for the rest of the order lol. Their chicken, ribs, corn bread and mac n cheese were delicious. Admittedly their brisket had mixed results, but it was still totally worth it.

It's good but the brisket is cheap making it less moist than you'd like at the price point. Sauces are good. The pulled pork is moist.

I loved it! Their BBQ is great!

Order: Texas-style beef brisket (excellent!), Memphis Ribs (excellent!), Sausage (tasty), baked beans (pretty good), potato salad (excellent!), and candied sweet potatoes (excellent!).

All of their BBQ meats are gluten-free as well as some of their sides. Call or go in person to hear/see the gluten free menu because (as of May 2025) they do not have the GF items marked on their website or online menus.

This has become our favorite BBQ place. My go to is the brisket and chopped pork. We enjoy the BBQ but the sides are the best.
