just had to share what a fantastic experience I had at this dominoes today. I came in to pick up my husbands orderr, and the young lady who served me at the cashier greeted me with such a warm and genuine smile. She also complimented my hair. What really stood out was her positive attitude; she me feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to encounter such bright and helpful service these days. I noticed the workers working hard in the back as well. it’s refreshing to see such a hard working team.The building was also noticeably clean compared to the other dominoes i’ve encountered over the years. Domino's, you have a real gem working for you! I highly recommend this location, and kudos to her for providing such excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!

The app said my order was ready but nothing was ready. Then they told me to wait in the parking lot. I went back in after 10 minutes and they said “we only have one person working”. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?? 45 minutes after my order was placed, I’m still sitting in the parking lot. This is ridiculous. I want a refund.

Our previous experiences with this location have been positive; however, we have recently encountered several issues that have led to a significant decline in our ordering frequency.
A few of our recent orders have been incorrect, but this evening's experience was particularly disappointing. The delivery driver rang the doorbell and immediately walked away after placing our food on the floor of our front porch, and he also neglected to include one item from our order.
When I called the store to report this issue, the person who answered the phone seemed indifferent to my concerns. Although he assured me that the driver would return with the missing item, we ultimately did not receive it. Additionally, the pizzas delivered to us were cold and unappetizing..

This is the sloppiest dominos I have ever used. I’ve lived here for a year now and have ordered from here a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is wrong. To the point when I ask for extra sauce I go ahead and buy sauce cups too because the pizza shows up in crushed boxes with all the topping on one side of the pizza as if it were dropped and dry as cardboard. Literally can only my see cheese and crust, I’m paying for extra sauce as a topping… put it on there! My delivery instructions are always the same, leave it at the door BUT ring the bell so I know it’s there. Never ring a door bell, food sits out there getting cold before I check the app to see what’s taking so long and see it’s already been delivered. I’ve never seen such a consistent flop of an establishment in my entire 40 years. My first night here I ordered from this place to feed my family and movers, 6 pizzas… if we order 3 cheese and 3 pepperoni, how can you mess that up? Sending jalapeño pizza… get it together or restaff it! Then when you call you get a smart mouth brat that cuts you off and says “so what, do you want another pizza or what?” Trash.
