Ledos has always been my favorite but I've noticed over the past year or so a decline in the pizza at the Urbana location. Ever since it changed hands it hasn't been as good. I thought I'd try again tonight and it was worse. Something has changed with the crust, it almost tasted frozen. Tough and rubbery chewy. Very disappointed and doubt I'll go back. Hate to give up my favorite pizza but its just not the same anymore.😪

Great service and an overall enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food came out hot and fresh, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely return.

I enjoyed my experiences with Ledo's. The only thing that is a possible issue is, they take so many pickup orders, it slows down the service in the seated section. Other than that, a totally worthwhile place to try out!

Came here twice while in town for Thanksgiving. Our first experience was bad. We ate in the restaurant and while we had a great waitress, our appetizers came out after our meals. I heard the waitress asking over and over again where our appetizers were. It was a frustrating experience. However, the pizza was outstanding on both our in-person dining and our carry-out. The front staff and waitress were all super sweet. I think the problem must have been with the cooking staff.

Ledo’s is a great neighborhood eatery! Usually do carry out and the app is super convenient and easy. Food is always ready on time and fresh and hot. Love the lunch time specials too!

Ledo is always tasty, but what would have been better is more attentive staff that were not looking at their phones. Food was ok but far from the best in the area. And don't go there looking for atmosphere there is none, unless you find it quaint that the owners kid is running around the place.

Best darn pizza around. Reminds me of home (Racine Wisconsin). Pricey compared to other places, but well worth it.
