Outstanding. Went today and ate in. Very impressed. Had a beautiful flounder dinner, cooked to perfection and inexpensive (20 bucks with 2 sides). Mac & Cheese, hush puppies and corn bread were all great as well. Already planning to come back.

The crab cakes were very delicious no fillers. The French fries and all the food was fried perfectly and light and airy not heavy at all. The potato salads potatoes were still hard. Other than that everything was very delicious

Purchased large male crabs last week… every single crabs was fat & well-seasoned! This is my new crab spot!!

My experience ordering carry out in person a holiday:
- employees were saints. The place was packed, had tons or orders coming in and I heard them having to tell people on the phone that they were out of crabs numerous times but with the same patience. A+ crew, you guys killed it that day.
- Crab balls : a bit pricey but good. There was a decent amount of crab in each one
- Cream of crab soup - Under seasoned but nothing my personal stash of old bay couldn't fix. Recommend buying the larger cold quart or whatever offering rather than the bowl if you're going to carry out for cost effectiveness
- Mac n cheese - nothing to write home about, elbow macaroni, cooked fine, in a short of bland white cheese sauce
- steamed shrimp - we paid for jumbo and had a few medium snuck in, my bigger complaint is that they were all over steamed, i don't know if this is because of carry out but all the shrimp were a bit rubbery

Love the variety of seafood you can get in store and love supporting local businesses. I'd be interested in trying the shrimp for dine in to see if it makes a difference and again kudos to the staff for being friendly and professional on what was surely a stressful shift. Also please post a menu online!

No. The answer is no. Catfish was bland, thick, soft, underwhelming and overpriced.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT eat here if you seek tasty seafood. Whiting unseasoned and chicken wings not cooked through and through. I complained inside and they didn’t care . All the owner relayed was he did season the food. Then I realized the cooks….. “THEY NOT LIKE US”, …..explained it all. I will NEVER RETURN

Enjoyed an early dinner and the fried shrimp basket was excellent.

This was my husband and my first visit; quite frankly I had high expectations. Customer service was very good, the cashier was extremely pleasant. We ordered 2 croaker dinners with greens and Mac n Cheese as the sides and a slice of carrot cake. The cost: $49.66. The croakers were large but had NO flavor!! I mean absolutely none!! The greens clearly came out of a can and the Mac n Cheese was soupy-like with some type of white cheese sauce!! I’ve never seen white Mac n Cheese before. Those were the worst sides I believe I have ever had!! Just nasty!! I immediately called the carryout and explain that the sides were horrible and was told to bring it back.

We took the sides back was informed that all their sides except for the Cole Slaw came out of a can. They replaced the sides, one of the workers told me that I was returning $12 worth of sides and that she would replace it this one time. I could not believe her response especially since this food was nasty! Sadly the replacement sides were not any better. I don’t typically give reviews and would have given less 1 star if possible. We ended up throwing the fish and the sides in the trash, My husband said his fish did not taste like it was fully cooked and had no seasoning … no flavor.

This was a big waste of money!!! $49.66 … Never again!! If canned food and unseasoned food is your thing, this place is for you.

The food is always good.

Only seafood spot in the area so yeah you know it ain’t NO SEASONING. We bought from here many times bc too lazy to visit the Wharf. So expect, maybe 1 day 2 day old fish, absolutely NO SEASONING no matter how much you tell them extra seasoning., the batter is not fried hard on some items fries are bagged, crab balls are meh…The alligator bites are cool cuz they can be fried hard and don’t need much seasoning. Do not expect for it to be we cook at the crib. It will be hot though.

Great rockfish, fried shrimp, fried oysters, and corn fritters!
