Found this place while killing some time during my daughter’s cheerleading practice, and I’m really glad I did. It has that true hometown bar feel where everyone seems to know each other and actually enjoys being there.
The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms with a cream cheese sauce and they were absolutely spectacular. Followed that up with five wings cooked extra crispy—done perfectly and very good.
The drink was made just right, and the bartender was efficient and attentive, refilling it exactly how it should be without being overbearing. Great atmosphere, great food, great service.
And the cherry on top—college wrestling on the TV. That alone will bring me back. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want good food, good drinks, and a welcoming local vibe.

The service was so bad I am leaving an angry message. My advice, don’t hire an incompetent children to tend bar. The bar tender doesn’t know how to pour a beer. Both of my beers were half foam. And the one bottle beer, I didn’t even order but paid for it any way. Also, don’t insult your customers for dipping their fries into ranch, or if you do, do NOT insult them within ear shot of that customer. I have been here many times before and had fine service. But I suggest going to Potomac Street grill if you live there in Brunswick or Jefferson. At least there, they will get your order right.

Moving from the DFW metroplex to Brunswick has definitely been a change, but this place is hands-down the nicest actual bar in the Brunswick area and the burgers and chicken sandwiches are great

Everytime we visit WV, MD or PA we make sure we stop by this place. Hot wings and beer is the way to go. ( Old Bay) Flavor.
we had visit for our 1st time wing night about 4:30 perfect time. Not to busy. The food was great. Service can improve. As all us said thank you for our beverage sever never said your welcome. never came back to check on our meal and drinks. The soda slightly had a like rusty taste. Food 5* Service 3*

Brookside in is a place you can’t judged from the outside. It’s a small local bar with great food and friendly staff! I had the burgers and are delicious!
