One of the most consistent Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to! Every time I’ve gone the staff has been very friendly, the service was quick and my food was delicious! I love Dunkin, but not every location is as consistent as I’ve found this one to be.

My food was fine but they had difficulty preparing my drink. I requested a large cold brew with oat milk. The server tried to give me cold brew with foam three different times and after each time I specifically told the server I requested oat milk not foam. Finally, the server returned with a black cold brew and out of frustration I took it and left due to the number of vehicles behind me. I do not understand the difficulty of my request and have never had a challenge like this at this specific location in the past.

We stop here on our way to WV frequently. Eat in, order a breakfast sandwich, coffee & donut. Always delicious, staff is friendly & efficient & bathrooms spotless. We love this place!
This Dunkin just isn’t good, I placed an order on the app and came to pick it up and they were out of the items. Also they just can’t make good coffees. The last one I got I couldn’t even drink because it tasted so bad.

Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered online several times with the same issue. You get here with no orders. I even showed the ordered receipt, but then get charged again because they said nothing came through. They tend to steal from you and not fix it or make it right. Stay clear from this place or maybe disable your mobil ordering
