Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered online several times with the same issue. You get here with no orders. I even showed the ordered receipt, but then get charged again because they said nothing came through. They tend to steal from you and not fix it or make it right. Stay clear from this place or maybe disable your mobil ordering

Paid for a coffee, sat for 7 minutes n the drive thru,, and waited while 3 employees tooled around inside. No one said hold on a minute, bqda, just took my money walked away and I never received my coffee, tried to get their attention with my car horn, tried to call the phone number and it says not in service. I will never waste my time or money t

I was very disappointed when we came to get four drinks. We placed the order with two drinks that were the same and two additional drinks that were different. When we got up to pay the amount seemed low so we asked for receipt, and found that the two drinks that we ordered that were the same we're not on the receipt. So we paid for the additional two. When we got all of our drinks, we were still missing one, so the girl made the additional one. As we drove down the road, we took a drink of the last one, and it tasted grossed. It tasted like watered down coffee with whipped cream on top. We brought it back to the store and asked to have it remade and explain that it was terrible tasting. The girl did not even tell us that she was sorry that it was not made properly and seemed to even have an attitude. This is the second or third time we've stopped and our order was not correct, and/or the drink did not taste good.

It is if they only make a few donuts types each day. went today at 8:30 and they were out of 4 different donuts the I requested and this happens about 1/2 of the time. when they don't have thing and I have to leave empty handed, I think it is okay as I need calorie intervention at time.

The staff here could barely speak English, nor understand what I was plainly saying.They have a limited menu here as compared to other Dunkin locations, which I did not know until I had gotten here.The store was clean and functional on a basic level but they need stuff out here who can speak better English and understand the basics.
Parking: The handicap parking is kind of in a strange place, and to exit you have to go all the way around and out the Drive-In even if you aren't doing the Drive-In. And it exits kind of in an unsafe manner at the traffic light.
Good hot coffee as always. Might have had a donut but don't tell the wife.

I tried my best to like this location since it's so close to my home, but it isn't a good location. I have had so many orders messed up from here (flavors forgotten, food, giving me a hot drink instead of iced, giving me coffee instead of chai) but this last time was the last straw. I ordered a matcha latte and the plastic seal from the oatmilk was sitting in the ice of my drink, right on top. This location is also very slow with orders. I've had to wait for ten minutes at the counter just for a donut after I had ordered in my car ten minutes before I got to the location. I would go to any other dunkin.
