I placed the order and called to let the staff know, if they could bring it earlier, that would be great. They were very kind and said they would try. They arrived at the earlier time and it was much appreciated!

They forgot to give me my cinnamon roll that I paid for. I tried to stop the guy at the window but he handed me my food and immediately closed the window and walked away. This is my first time going to Panera in 10 years. I doubt I'll be going back.

Seriously?? They no longer stock ketchup packets? A basic condiment?? I've had ketchup on my egg sandwiches since I was a kid. And I always get two packets for my Panera egg sandwich. But apparently, they recently decided to no longer carry it.And my daughter (I admit she is a freak!) likes Ketchup with her Mac and cheese.But Panera obviously doesn't want to serve long-term customers like us anymore.How hard is it to keep a few packets of THE MOST COMMON AND BASIC CONDIMENT IN THE U.S. behind the counter?It's sort of like Jimmy John's, which advertises "gourmet sandwiches" but no longer offering brown mustard; only yellow mustard from a squirt bottle.Unfortunately, serving customers with basic items must be old fashioned, and the new "customer service" is to ignore long-time customers and instead lose those customers instead of investing half a penny to reward and keep long-term loyalty.Big thumbs down for Panera.

I dont think I've ever come to this location and they get my order correct. Always missing something or something is extremely wrong. shut it down at this point and let somewhere worthwhile in that spot, begging
Always delish food always ready on time. Clean and modern dining area and nice outdoor area, too! Their fireplace is nice and cozy on a chilly day...and their outdoor area is shaded on warm days!

I come to this location every weekend, but today is the last time I'm here. The customer service is certainly not welcoming. People at the order counter, most of the time, just stare at you and don't even say "hi!". As if you're bothering them. Today, I man at the counter just looked at me. Wouldn't say a word. Unbelievable. Also, just recently, I ordered food and thought my order was called, when I said this is not my order, the guy angrily said, "then you wait, sir!" Oh and staff will vacuum around you; they're not bothered that you're having a meal.

Slow! Do not come hungry as the wait for food is ridiculous. Inside is just as bad as the drive through. Order ahead! More effort is put into those vs in store ordering.

This is ridiculous!! We are sitting in the drive thru while the staff is preparing a large order. Why don't they let that person pull out of line to a slot while they prepare the food and continue to wait on other customers. This is TERRIBLE customer service and my last time visiting this poorly run restaurant.
