Ordered the green goddess sub n it felt like a hot a day old bread lol that bread was hard both in n out then on top they barely put any sauce on it ? thank God I got some sweet tea if not I've been found blue choked up by a piece of
They forgot to give me my cinnamon roll that I paid for. I tried to stop the guy at the window but he handed me my food and immediately closed the window and walked away. This is my first time going to Panera in 10 years. I doubt I'll be going back.

I needed to order a catering order and the website was having issues. I was finally able to or but the time I needed was no longer available. I placed the order and called to let the staff know, if they could bring it earlier, that would be great. They were very kind and said they would try. They arrived at the earlier time and it was much appreciated!
