The food at Pollo Fiesta was great— flavorful, and very enjoyable. However, the temperature inside was extremely hot, almost as if the AC was off or not working, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Hopefully they can get that fixed!
Such a great experience, the cashier was SO nice, & helped me to get my order exactly like I wanted it. The whole car ride home it just smelled so good! I was tempted to try it, but I waited until I got home…. Needless to say, it was WELL worth the wait!

Love their chicken and potatoes.
One bad thing is that they may not have any chicken available when you show up. Arrived at 11:10 am, and was told there would be a half hour wait for chicken. Another time, they were out in the afternoon.
Chicken is great if they have it available!
