I am always pleased with my experience at this location. They get my orders right almost every time and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating, no matter how busy they are. This location is busy most of the time.
I missed my flight and had to waste some time for my connecting flight. I came in and the manager, Alisha, was so kind! She sympathized for my problem and calmed me down!Definitely a nice, enjoyable place!

As a customer, I don't understand the people that get so worked up over Starbucks in general. As a regular that comes here day after day, I watch people yell at these poor baristas over somethings so small. Sure, maybe you had a bad interaction, but that doesn't warrant being terrible to them about it. They're told to always smile and be kind, and the second they aren't consistently kissing up to customers and being overly nice, people assume they're being rude on purpose.
