The language barrier when Sonya is at the drive thru causes constant issues with my orders. For example, I had to repeat iced black coffee at the speaker three times and again at the window. even though the menu says the drink is medium, she gives a small and said that's what she charged for. She asked if I want medium and before I could answer she went to working on a different order. Unfortunately this is our only option for a drive thru here.

Walked in and placed a breakfast order. There were orders placed after I made my order. I waited 25 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. I walked out. Terrible service for the walk in customer. Now if I went through the drive through it would have been a lot faster and I would have gotten the order.

It's fantastic to have a drive-thru on base, however this one defeats the purpose. The cashier purposefully waits until the food has been handed to the last person that ordered before they get the next order at the microphone. This leads to long lines, and is completely unnecessary as it slows down orders. If they continue to take orders even if there are people waiting at the window for their food, it makes sure that the food is being prepped for the next person in line and then the line will move faster. I have yet to experience this here, it's almost as if they are worried about their order wait time (time from order to handing it to the consumer) which is counter to how the drive-thru is supposed to work anyway...

Slowest Burger King in all of America! The inefficient way this store is handled must cost them money to stay open. They average 2 orders an hour no way they are doing anymore than that!

Don’t expect to have it your way here. 9/10 times when ordering plain with no mayo or ketchup you’ll find mayo and ketchup in there. Quick service but they obviously don’t take the orders correctly. Good luck swapping your food with the long drive thru lines while the inside is closed for renovations.
Raye this with other Burger Kings and not restaurants overall, and we have a winner here. Currently (1/24/24) under improvement construction, but still serving up great fast food and stellar service.
