I don't know if this is a trend for all commissaries, but the quality of the commissary at Joint Base Andrews has really gone down and I am speaking from 20 plus years of experience. The items stocked and prices are inconsistent. Right before Thanksgiving, I bought a carton of 18 large eggs for what seemed to be a reasonable price. Today, the eggs were double or even triple the price to a point to where there were stickers placed over the prices that ran as high as almost $9 for a carton of 18 to 24 large eggs. There is also only one or two cashiers available for checkout at the peak of morning shopping on weekends which is unaceptable. I complained loudly this morning about this situation before more cashiers would come out to provide service. The commissary is quickly falling down the list of places that I like to shop.

Its sad. The workers really suck. The food is touch & go. Staff can barely follow an order. They even have a Robert Irvine front & its ridiculous. Taco Bell has been the longest standing place in this food court. Very sad. I got food from the Charlie's & got some new Cajun fries -- lady put old bay on it & gave me like 10 fries. I about died.
