Panda Express

The food has been "alright" since I've been here, but the staff has always had problems. The staff when I first got here, were efficient and fast. Now, there is a massive language barrier to the point the cashiers have no idea what you're saying so they have to ask 5 times and it seems like the kitchen and the servers are always out of sync.Worst Panda I've been to and not worth the price.

The food here was fresh and good, loved the super greens. The ladies working the food line were nice and efficient. The lady running the register however...speaks insanely fast with a heavy accent, not effiecient, won't listen and WOW RUDE! I can not want to deal with that again. Good job to the ladies working the food though.

This is probably the worst Panda I have ever been to. The staff is rude and feels entitled. They always give you a huge portion of rice and skimp out on the actual meat compared to other locations. The workers definitely need to be retrained.

I've always enjoyed Panda with the different flavors. I like lo mein noodles and fried rice with General Tso's or Orange Chicken. Can't go wrong with any choice.

The Panda Express at Joint Base Andrews usually does a great job of serving a huge number of customers at peak lunchtime hours. Their staff is efficient and courteous. That is why mistakes stand out and employees who make them leave a bad impression. Yesterday they did not have any Teriyaki Chicken. In a small counter operation with only a handful of entrees, this is disappointing. The alternative Broccoli and Beef was more broccoli than Beef so that was not good. And, no order is complete without the cutlery and the fortune cookie which were missing from my order.

Came in this afternoon for lunch. They had dirty display bowls with leftover food still stuck on them and they look like they have been sitting out there for well over an hour. Ordered chow mein with pepper chicken. Took one bite of the chow mein and it tasted old, so when I let them know, they just shrugged. Terrible customer service from the worker Queenie. I'm making sure everyone at my unit knows not to come here or else they'll be served old food from a terrible worker.
