I can only relate my experience with their Italian ice, but it's the best around. They have lots of great flavors, now including sugar free options, and you can taste anything before buying. Smooth and a fine texture, and never tastes processed.

I love the products, but I've never been to a store where there's any hustle behind the counter. The workers are very lackadaisical; I guess they should pay them piece meal to get some customer service.

The Rita’s associate in Joppatowne today was very courteous. They have Great flavors. I got the Swedish fish with custard? it was my first experience in the Joppa location and because of the service there and pleasant smiles we got when me and my 10 yr old decided to visit they have now gained a customer for life. Will definitely tell my family and friends about Rita’s in Joppatowne Md.
