I learned about Cafe Medrano at an art store in Bowie. I met Mr. Medrano at the DMV Coffee and Chocolate Fest. in Virginia this past weekend. I got to taste his coffee and enjoyed it enough to buy a bag. He is very personable and I learned from him that dark roast has a little less caffeine than medium roast, but he says he'll be coming out with a decaf version soon. I can hardly wait!
