They always mess up orders and don’t give you items you paid for. It’s so annoying that this is the closest chipotle to my house because the employees are incompetent so your food is always going to be bad.

Poor service from the staff, a rude service

I had a good time here. I ordered a chicken bowl. I wish I would have seen the fajita veggies and added them to my order (why doing an online order and picking up can be better). The staff were kind in waiting for me to be ready to order, but they seemed indifferent when interacting with me. I felt rushed through making my order (there was nobody else in line), and the staff member processing my payment seemed lethargic. The music was just hardly bearable (too loud to hear my own thoughts), but it was much better than the two previous locations I visited this month.

I was there last night, I bought some beans, white meat, etc.. but the beans were spoiled, they were rotten and smelled.

The food is always excellent - the service is often slow, and the staff seem to overworked. The atmosphere isn't horrible, but when it gets busy the staff can't keep up with cleaning and other duties, which leaves a bit to be desired.

There was literally a piece of gravel in my bowl. This is beyond unsanitary. Not only could I have broken a tooth, how on earth did this even make it in my bowl? At the bottom of it no less. Please lock in.

Wasn't very good. Bowl was only filled up 2/3 of the way with barely any lettuce or meat and the corn salsa was still frozen.

love this place! workers and food are great, i love sitting inside to eat. however, when i come in to sit and eat after my long work shift, a huge group of kids came in disrupting the atmosphere. i complained to a worker that they were being rowdy but they unfortunately could not do anything. i was disappointed to hear that my experience was disrupted by loud children who didnt even order anything, just came in to ruin my peace and meal. hopefully something could be done to prevent these things from happening, im seeing this go on way too often and nothing is being done about these children. other than that, great place!

It's a chipotle, just like any other, anywhere else. Food is decent, service is average (because it's mostly self serve, that's not a dig on the staff. They work very hard), but the location has very little parking for those of us that drive and is relatively noisy.

I bought a children's meal the quesadilla was covered in grease dripping everywhere, the rice tasted like bland sticky wheat, the black beans had no taste at all and the chips were filled up 1/5 of the way. Horrible place, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give this Chipotle 0 stars I definitely would! First let me start by saying this the guacamole wasn’t fresh it was turning brown how can they even think they could serve someone that nasty brown guacamole???? Second if I’m paying for the sides fill my container up don’t give me a drop of sour cream and tomato salsa wasn’t even halfway full. Then my daughter orders her rice bowl with chicken and lettuce it was 2 bites and she was finished with it not even exaggerating I told them to put more on mine! Ridiculous! The lettuce tasted freezer burnt it had a very funny taste to it. I threw my bowl out paid 40 something dollars for both bowls. Just to throw one of them out. My daughter was hungry after she ate her entire small 2 bites of her chicken and rice bowl. This was yesterday July 05th. 2025. The lady who served us was very skinny which explains why our portion size was extremely small!!!! I never ever had a bad experience at Chipotle’s until this one on Connecticut Ave in Kensington plus that place was so dirty on the inside the bathroom was very disgusting they obviously clean it. The women’s bathroom was the only bathroom working so the men’s bathroom was out of order they had to use the women’s bathroom so pee was all over the seats it smelled like strong urine very disgusting and please put paper towels in the bathroom and seat covers stop being so cheap!!! Those hand dryers are very unsanitary!!!! Never again will I step foot in that place!!!! They need to give me a full refund!!!

Very clean. Best selection of cold drinks in the area.
