For a small hole in the wall establishment you would think that they would take pride in the food being served...wrong! I ordered a steak and cheese sub and there were more toppings on the sub than meat literally. I litterally couldn't taste the steak. What a waste of money. The fries were okay, but for $4.50 for a regular size I feel like the pirtion size was subpar. DON'T WASTE YOU'RE TIME OR MONEY AT CONTINENTAL PIZZA !!!!

This place was good when the previous owner was alive. His family doesn't give the same standards to the food as he did. Good place for vegetarian's to eat since the cheese steak has no meat in it. Sad but true.

I went to continental for decades. Haven’t been there in years. I was so excited and hyped it to my girl, telling her how “huge” the subs are….. or were. Got a steak and cheese. Two slices of Steak-um. Couldn’t even taste it. So disappointing. Had to combine the two subs in an attempt to make a “decent” one.😢

A neighborhood classic! Everyone who comes in seems to have their favorite dish. Mine is the chicken souvlaki on pita- insanely good, with its delectable feta cheese sauce topping & smoky grilled chicken. Thinking about it makes me want to go right now😋

Terrible first time experience. Was told about this place by many friends. I was really excited to see that they had a meatless sub on their menu. They don't do credit cards so I couldn't order in person and ask questions like I should've. Instead I was forced to order online for pick up. I grab my assumingly some sort of impossible meat or beyond sub meat alternative like most meatless subs are. NOPE they sold me a $9 piece of bread with toppings, nothing else. Even the ladies working had a good chuckle when they asked me for my name to pick up. If you do not offer real vegetarian meatless subs please do not put it on your menu. You sell a bread full of toppings for $9. Horrible experience.

I grew up jn Kensington and remember the original owner (Friendliest Greek man) and travel far from Hyattsville to visit my parents and eat my favorite steak and cheese w fries. I love this place! Reminds me of my youth and home❤️??
