Pizza was over an hour late after scheduling 2 hours in advance. Called immediately after receiving the pizza and was put on hold for a hour. Nobody picked up the phone until the next morning when I was told that because they’re a franchise they don’t have to honor scheduled delivery times, and that they usually don’t have to pick up the phone because the call center in the Philippines does it for them. Offered 0 compensation for the order, even after being told about the hour wasted on the phone last night. Worst dominos experience I’ve ever had. Never order from this location.

If I could give negative stars I would! This place is disgusting. Guess they don’t use hair or beard covers. I found a hair in my pizza today when feeding it to my child. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER go there again.

I am stupid enough to keep ordering and every time something goes wrong. This most recent time the pizza sat under heat lamps for over an hour before they even tried to deliver, because they were short of drivers. What arrived (90 minutes after ordering), was a congealed, disgusting, mess. You know how they say even bad pizza is good pizza? Well they haven't ordered from Domino's.
I do not understand why people are saying the service is bad. I have ordered pizza from here so many times already, and the service is not even near bad. I order a small pepperoni pizza each time, and the pizza is amazing. Boris, one of the delivery drivers I meet, is very respectful, and is quick. However, another delivery person (i think his name is wei-yi) is kind of slow and takes 50 min to deliver my pizza. But otherwise, the service isn’t bad
Y’all old delivery driver was rude and disrespectful. He almost got his ssa beat outside in the rain.

I’m not sure why all of the reviews are terrible for this location but I just had to leave a positive review for once. This location is the only one we will go to? The pizza is always fresh (if it’s not, then you’re picking up your pizza too late or the delivery driver is busy dropping off others & running behind and you should have picked it up to begin with) My boyfriend and I order at least once a week if not more and our food is always hot and delicious. The app is extremely accurate as well and we love the convenience. The staff are kind and keep us coming back. Shoutout to dominos for several great date nights.
