Found a piece of METAL inside the sausage on our pizza - almost bit into it and could’ve broken a tooth. Unfortunately, the store was already closed after my food was delivered so I couldn’t call. Online only gives you the option of getting a coupon for next time instead of getting a refund. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering again.

Mr. Ramzi!!!!!! Hands down the best pizza in North Bethesda! We’ve been coming to this location every week for 4 years and it’s been an excellent experience. Mr. Ramzi is very kind, professional, and makes the best pies in town. The store is extremely clean and well maintained. My family gets excited when we see “Ramzi is preparing your order” on the pizza tracker. The attention to detail and extra care he puts into our order every week makes the experience so special. The entire team is wonderful and you’re always greeted with a smile. Thanks much!

I ordered pizza with the app. An hour later it still said quality check. I called the store multiple times. They only answered once and put me on hold until it hung up. Called again nobody picked up. 2hors after I had put the order in, the app gives me a notification saying your driver is on the way. 10 minutes later someone shows up on our street, stops, opens their car door and then closes it and leaves, then the app sends me another notification that order is complete now. What kind of scam is this? Fake delivery? I tried to contact Dominos customer service but the only option is to use a contact bot. I’m not sure if someone would contact me later.

So ive moved around a lot and have a decent sample size of domino's locations in different states and cities. I've visited this location a couple of times now, and I can confidently say this is the most consistent high quality Domino's I've ever been to. Seriously great job.

Said my food was delivered and it wasn’t. Had to contact the store and the drivers car broke down but the manager kept calling me Sir and wouldn’t let me speak, I’m a woman and was born that way then he hung up on me. Also the Parmesan wings just have a drizzle of sauce over them, they were too lazy to coat the wings in the sauce. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t recommend

Whoever was working Saturday Feb 15 from 6pm-8pm had the worst customer service. From deliver driver to the managers. They hung up on us, lied to us about their names & were the most impossible group to work with. We are in a house full of children and the driver came to deliver the order and was not trying whatsoever to accommodate a pregnant mom with 4 kids when we literally paid for delivery service for that reason of accommodation. He said he couldn’t find parking when there are 4 free parking garages surrounding the building. He marked our order as complete and never delivered it. This whole experience was so frustrating and out of hand for NO reason. It’s not rocket science to deliver a pizza and these guys clearly need to take a class on customer service because the rude behavior we experienced during this was beyond me. At this point forget the pizza- we are taking this to corporate solely for the HORRENDOUS customer service. No wonder this place has terrible reviews already. DO BETTER!
