You'll never catch me leaving such a good review about Dunkin anywhere else, the manager is out here doing the Lord's work keeping all of us caffeine addicted hooligans alive. Any day I see him, I know my coffee will be perfect. No burnt coffee, no wrong order, made with a smile every time, and never has me waiting. If every manager was trained as well as he is, and ran their store as well as he does, it's spent a lot more money at Dunkin. Shame I don't live by this branch anymore, but any excuse to stop by for morning coffee.

No customer should have to encounter poor customer service from any employee. I asked the worker one basic question, and from there, the experience quickly descended...What upset and disheartened me the most is that employee did not take into consideration their behavior in the presence of a MINOR, which leads me to believe that they would disrespect an elder, disabled person, or ANY human being.To the OWNER and/or mananger of the gasoline station and DUNKIN Donuts, is this type of behavior acceptable in accordance to the company's VISION?Please, train your employees to be respectful and professional when they interact with customers.

On very busy days, there are usually only 2 people working, which is unfortunate, but it does not excuse the rude and hostility towards customers. It's a fear when needing a cup holder, they tend to be extremely upset you do not reach over the counter to grab it yourself and even worse when you politely ask if it's ok to grab one (response tends to be grabbing the entire pile and half slamming half quick throw towards the customer with unpleasant words). The one who I think is the MOD rolls her eyes or simply ignores the poor actions of her workers. Disappointing. But food and how the make the coffee is very good.
Parking: They do have 3 parking spots on site. If those are taken, then there is street parking going down a few stairs on the right side of the building.
