No customer should have to encounter poor customer service from any employee. I asked the worker one basic question, and from there, the experience quickly descended...What upset and disheartened me the most is that employee did not take into consideration their behavior in the presence of a MINOR, which leads me to believe that they would disrespect an elder, disabled person, or ANY human being.To the OWNER and/or mananger of the gasoline station and DUNKIN Donuts, is this type of behavior acceptable in accordance to the company's VISION?Please, train your employees to be respectful and professional when they interact with customers.Kid-friendliness: This company is NOT kid-friendly, NOR is it adult-friendly either.

On very busy days, there are usually only 2 people working, which is unfortunate, but it does not excuse the rude and hostility towards customers. It's a fear when needing a cup holder, they tend to be extremely upset you do not reach over the counter to grab it yourself and even worse when you politely ask if it's ok to grab one (response tends to be grabbing the entire pile and half slamming half quick throw towards the customer with unpleasant words). The one who I think is the MOD rolls her eyes or simply ignores the poor actions of her workers. Disappointing. But food and how the make the coffee is very good.Parking: They do have 3 parking spots on site. If those are taken, then there is street parking going down a few stairs on the right side of the building.
Service is OK. Frendly staff. Took a little longer than I expected but the coffee was good.

Early morning shift is terrible, poor service, I've been there several times and it seems like the staff doesn't get paid to provide quality service, it also seems like they make the sandwiches without any hygienic care. Manager or boss pay more attention to that.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had donuts and a couple of breakfast sandwiches. All made fresh. Mobil gas station is a bit sketchy, but the Dunkin' did the best they could.

Very packed (understandable) and only 2 people working. Fairly fast service but they don't greet you or even acknowledge that you're there aside from taking your order (without any kind of greeting) and then yelling your name/number when your order is ready. They always make my order correctly and get it out quickly, so I can't really complain about much other than the fact that they hardly even look at customers. The inside isn't a very comfortable area to eat, I always order on the app for pick up and try not to be inside too long. I'm not sure why it feels so uncomfortable to me, maybe the fung shui lol. I don't think it's the employees' fault, it just has an uncomfortable atmosphere all around, weather it's packed full of customers or I'm the only one there, it always feels the same.

Honestly I just happened to stop here one morning mostly for convenience store items after routinely driving by for the last year assuming it was one of the Self Serve Quick Stop Dunkin set ups. I must say that I was impressed. The employees aren’t super chatty (AND THANK GOD FOR THAT!) because they’re getting your order right the first time and getting you back out into rush hour traffic as quickly as possible. I also noticed that they absolutely know their regular customers and in a very short time stopped asking me if I’d like sugar in my iced coffee since the answer is always no. “With cream and whip cream on top, right?” Only daily coffee drinkers will understand how this warms your heart. I have to say the only thing that makes me sad is this location doesn’t have a drive thru. This is the reason they don’t see me often but there are a total of 3 in a 2 mile radius and this is the only one I go to within that distance.
